We have been coming down to this pizza for generations. This Pizza Hut is our spot especially next to our local donut shop. Anyway now that I am an adult myself (ajaja) and I also have worked as a cashier for more than seven years I understand the pressure that one goes through and as a customer service rep it ain't easy sometimes. Sometimes things don't always go right from the years I have came here but when there is that one person that makes it right it makes you want to come back for more! I want to thank Michael a young man who works in the register. The times I have gone and he is there he always makes me feel welcomed, asks me about how my day goes we make conversation and he never ever forgets to ask how I want my crust (never). Michael always has a smile upon a customers arrival and he is very patient, he never forgets to mentions the deals and when my pizza is done he makes sure it was made the way the customer wants it. This young man Michael deserves a recognition because even when my husband has gone he treats him with the same respect and quality. Thank you Michael!
These people can't get an order right, or make a decent pizza, or get it delivered without calling over and over, - they don't seem to care what they do. Just put the hours in and go home.
Pizza was lacking flavor not as fresh as I like to eat my pizza hot
My order was exactly what I had ordered and the dough was well done.
I ordered bread sticks but did not receive sauce, also the pizza toppings were wrong on one of the pizza ( long box) ☹️
Order was accurate, still warm and the delivery driver was great.
Employees are polite, pizza is delicious, just the right amount of ingredients and light crisp. I love Pizza Hut!
