Best Pho Ga in Western USA if not USA overall.5 stars across the board.Food;Pho Ga was just simply so good!Hue style broth, very clean and a tad bit sweet, hardcore Hue people would appreciate this rare gem. Noodles were cooked perfectly. They even ask how we wanted our bean sprouts prepared.Service;Attentive and polite. Cant beat this.How do you know its authentic Hue spot? I would guess the fresh chopped chili is one? Clean broth is another.Need to try their beef pho...Don't walk, run to this awesome place.
I had the mien ga & to me it was okay. The ginger sauce is a big no for me. It tasted weird. Like it has a thick consistency like slurp but the flavor was not there. But any place that serves chicken pho or goi ga (vietnamese chicken salad) must have good ginger sauce. Unfortunately they fell short on that. Other than that, the place was nice. Customer service was awesome. The food was not bad. Probably won't be going back to order anything with the sauce, but will for sure try their other foods.
Went here right around closing time, and the owner Martin and waitress Caitlin were super sweet to let us eat there and not feel rushed at all. They made us feel as if we were there dining at 6pm! The food was delicious!! Typically, you think pho in Anaheim is not as good as the pho in Garden Grove..but this place gives Garden Grove a run for their money. Definitely have to go and support. They're new and they're serving up really delicious Pho Ga with superb service.
Wouldn't serve water, said no cups but could get other drinks in cups???? Only 1 beef pho option. Weirdos....

We’re upset when asked for more condiments Of any. Tasteless food, soft noodles meant dried noodles, Hard to swallow. Whole $53 order went untouched. (Forgotten Unless Asked For”Free dessert: consist of sticky rice with uncooked beans & coconut milk. Sounded yummy huh? Uh not commended unless you like half cooked pinto beans. Picture in the mini styrofoam cup. ⚠️ DON’T LET THE INDOOR DINING PRETTY SERVING PLATTERS DECEIVE YOU ⚠️ Asked for money back on Pho’, at least. It was denied. Manager/Owner when asked reason for their denial of a refund?, is it a money a factor we asked? She answered so urgently without a breath and , yes money is, we are a small business she said. I love pho ga and this place is legit! FromThe broth, to the tender chicken and the ginger dipping sauce was delicious. Another favorite dish is the shaken beef with the friend noodles! Must try! We will be back!
Let me start by saying I could eat Pho 7 days a week and still love it the next week . Usually I’m a beef pho guy but I jump teams and love chicken pho now . Pho Ga hai van chicken pho is so light and tasty . I really enjoyed the broth and the way they serve their chicken with a side of ginger sauce . So yummy and tasty . My wifey had the beef and crispy fried noodles (mi xao bo luc lac). She loved it . Enjoyable foods at a cheap price . Friendly service puts the cherry on the cake .
