I love Papa John's but listen to my experience at this store!So I walk in to order at the store and the girl boss greets me with forced cursory acknowledgement.Someone else asks if I'm picking up.--- no I am not.Then girl boss takes my order, takes my cash and I'm on my way.I really enjoy watching my pie being made from start to finish.As I peruse I see the doughboy prepare my crust, and I notice like three small cuts on his left hand that are healing because I can see the scabs.No pizza place wears gloves to flip and press the dough.The young man, you could see was a dedicated worker and was good at what he does --- but he needed a different task than the one he was doing with healing sores on his hands.Then something happened that I have never experienced in my life!At Pizza Hut they open the box and show you your pizza, but at PJ's they never do, and I don't mind.But when I got in the car and was driving home, I popped open the box to grab a slice --- and lo and behold ---- for the first time in my near 60 years on this earth . . . the pizza wasn't even cut!How in the Bejesus does that happen!So I had to tear it to eat it!Won't go back to the Euclid and Katella store ever again!Sorry guys!
Great location. We had our favorite pizza from them, all great. Different Memorial Day, they di a great job.Garlic Parmesean breadsticks were great, too.
I have always ordered Papa John's and never had an issue until tonight. My pizza was delivered with a HUGE ROACH still alive and crawling on top of it. I called them and they said we're sorry for the inconvenience and I was like what do u mean. Ur sorry for the inconvenience. I don't want this pizza I want my money back and the manager hung up on me. I tried calling back and they wouldn't answer. I will be reporting them to the health department. Never again will I order from Papa John's.

I went in and ordered a pizza on my lunch. The manager took my order and was really friendly. They were busy so he was all over the store. I got my pizza in only 15 minutes and it was great. I love Papa John's pizza and their crew is awesome. Always friendly, Really the best deal around.
No pizza was delivered and I am waiting for a refund now.
This has been my Papa John's, for years now. I have NEVER had a bad experience! My food is always perfect, the staff is friendly, the delivery drivers AMAZING! Best store!!appreciate

Pizza was good called in my order they said 20 minutes.got there in 20 minutes was told not ready it would be a few minutes ended being 10 minutes. But good pizza!
Ordered a pizza and waited over an hour. That's not the issue. Issue is that it came out wrong. Called and was put on hold for over 10mins. There only words where sorry and that they will give me a free customer satisfaction guarantee pizze that I can use another time.I had to push to try and get my correct pizza her and was only told they couldn't guarantee when it would show up or how long I would have to wait.
