Came in hoping for a bread bowl w/soup but there were no bread bowls. Thought I'd just have a bowl of soup w/a baguette but ... no baguettes. Plenty of parking (I believe most people drive-thru), inside there were hardly any patrons but the dining room looked unkept and the trash area was piled high. This place hasn't been open that long to look/be in such sad shape. Disappointing.
Not a good first time experience tbh!I had to wait a long time compared to the other places to get my order.Seems like they had enough staff to fulfill all the orders at a decent pace but they could not do it!The overall taste was good! It would have been if they could have more options for vegetarians under their food menu!
I go to this Panera pretty often so my review is not based on a one time visit. Let me start off by saying that this staff is full of people that clearly don’t care about their job & it’s probably the reason this Panera has the worst service. I can be standing at the register for 10 min before anyone acknowledges my existence or takes my order. The drive-thru is a ridiculous wait… about 15-20 min with 2 cars ahead of me. And not only has the iced tea machine not been functioning properly for over a month now but their tea tastes rotten, old, and expired for the last 2 weeks. It’s absolutely disgusting and clear that the staff don’t bother changing it or making a fresh batch. I’ve always loved Panera but from the few in Orange County this is definitely the worst one. I hope a new manager can come on board and address these horrible customer concerns and reviews because it seems no one cares there.
I usually like Panera Bread's food and have tried different locations.I ordered soup and sandwich and food wasn't hot. If food was microwaved then it wasn't timed well. We ordered dine-in so at least we are expecting our food to be great and it wasn't busy when we came.Customer service wasn't great too.Will I still go to Panera Bread in the future? Yes but not this location
Placed a huge order today at 12pm, the app said the order was too large to be picked up asap so they scheduled it for 1:30pm. Totally understandable, I ordered $130 worth of food. To ensure my order was received, I tried calling the store 6-7 times but no one picked up. While trying to multitask at work, I figured they were swamped and felt reassured because the app showed my order as confirmed. However the problem arose when I arrived at Panera to pick up the order at 1:30pm. No one could even locate my order and finally the head employee found it on a printed sheet of paper in back. She told me the system was down all morning so they hadn’t started my order yet. I asked how long she said 30 minutes but others were ahead of me…. I understand others are ordering but that’s not something you tell a customer who ordered at 12pm. Order was actually ready pretty fast, she was 100% correct it took 30 minutes. Went out to the car and wanted to double check the food to make sure everything was there. I was missing 2 sandwiches and a salad. This is what really made me upset. To have a system down. Fine. To make me wait 30 minutes to correct a mistake. Fine. But to hand me an incomplete order after I paid $130 for it is just not ok. Next time I need to place an office order I’ll try the other locations. Maybe they’ll answer the phone so I can avoid this in the future.
This Panera is consistently slow with orders in the drive-thru. I have frequented many Paneras, and there is no excuse for the amount of time one will spend waiting here. With 2 cars in front of you, you will be waiting approximately 10-15 minutes per car and there is no way to leave the line. I have waited for 40 minutes once. The last time, we ordered Mac and Cheese, were told it was out, and then we were stuck behind 2 cars for 30 minutes just so we could leave without ordering. Panera needs to look into the issue at this location.
Your typical Panera. Food is overpriced but fresh. Portions are small but probably better for you anyway. I love their Turkey BLT. Cheddar broccoli soup or French onion soup is another go to. The chocolate chip muffie is bomb but this location seems to sell out before two.
Just ordered through drive through. Really craving the napa almond chicken salad and instead of a sandwich we were given a cup of the thai soup, which was not even good (Would rather have any other soup) Not only that, my second pick2 item was the asian salad which had a hair in it. Seriously disappointed.
Horrible asian salad...lettuce not good. Other asian salad was out of crunchy chicken. Soup was good and staff was nice. Please work on this salad. Dressing is horrible and overly sweet.
This place has had the inside closed since they opened about 4 months ago. It would be nice to sit on their patio.
