I ordered on-line for pick-up from this location just today. The first thing I noticed when i walked in, was the sour smell that permeated the whole restaurant. I had received an email almost 10 minutes prior stating that my order was ready and would be on the rapid pick-up shelf. It was not. I stopped one of the employees walking by to ask about my order. She was clearly annoyed at my question and told me to give my name at the kitchen window, which I did. The kitchen employee literally tossed my order onto the window counter. I checked the bag and saw that the bread that comes with the meal was missing and asked for it. She insisted that the bread was in the bag. When I repeated that it wasn't, she rudely gestured to give her back the bag. She inspected it, then grudgingly ripped off a piece of bread from the baguette, threw it in the bag and tossed it back on the counter. I paid $13.94 for for a Baja Bowl with Chicken. I admit that I asked to omit a couple of items, but the attached photo is what I received. There was barely any food in the bowl. Not worth nearly $14. The only reason for 2 stars is that what i did get tasted fine. The terrible value added to the poor service and smell of the restaurant are enough that I will not be back.
Worst customer service and longest line. They have one cashier for the lunch rush. Will definitely not be returning here

After a long day at the parks lovely place to grab something to eat french onion soup is so yummy and the flat bread pizza are lovely
We stayed a week at the Fairfield Inn right behind Panera. We ate at Panera a couple of times and they were on point. The kids loved the pizza, the adults loved the half and half combo's. My favorite is the tomato soup and cream of broccoli soup. The mac and cheese was great. The staff was very courteous and worked well under pressure as they were busy all the time. We didn't have to wait long for our order. A+++
Steven was the most polite team member! They were out of iced tea and he made sure to get some from the back for my family. My son left his Invisiline and Steven ran down the street to give it to us. Amazing customer service!
We ate breakfast and dinner here two days on our way to and home from Disneyland. I ordered ahead on the app and we would pick it up when we got there. It was always ready and orders were correct. Staff was nice when they had to help us substitue some breakfast items that were out. Nice staff and great service.
Don't even bother with this one. I love Panera but this one is just terrible. Came in the morning 30 minutes into breakfast. Coke machine broken, espresso machine broken, ice machine broken. Out of literally everything on the menu. Came back near closing (9:28) and asked if it would be OK if we ate and cleared out by 10 (closing) and was told that was fine. Got food and at 9:33 a different employee came and made us pick up all of our food and eave because the dining room was closed and didn't care that we had literally just been told we could eat. Horrid management, horrid food, horrid employees. Don't give them your money.
I arrived each morning of my Disney stay, and each morning there staffing was far short, service took a very long time. The prepared breads were OK, but anything ordered from the kitchen was a long, long, long, long wait.
Sooooo dirty. Big yuck! Go elsewhere!
