The spicy chicken was good the macaroni was okay, but the veggies were all cabbage! I had one small tiny piece of broccoli as well as my daughters dish the chicken and beef tasted good. Price was average you will get enough food.
As a tourist in the area, I'm sure the food is good but they left out the katsu sauce in my chicken katsu and since they don't pick up their phone, it was the worst customer experience... So tourist beware they can make mistakes that can spoil your vacation dinner. Order early and make sure your food delivery service is in sync with you... Update: got a $5 UberEATS credit... A very unsatisfactory outcome, a total waste of food and horrible horrible customer experience. It's a shame because I'm sure I would probably give them a 2nd chance if they knew how to take care of their customers (even those that come from out of town). ZERO Star.
I placed an order for catering and we'll let's just say that they will not give you plates, forks or napkins. They stated that could not give me any andbi could not buy any from them. Even after spending over $350.00 in food. Really ridiculous. Some of the store customers were shocked to hearing me, they could not believe it.
We were served by a friendly staff. We got the food fairly quickly. My mini plate with bbq beef was superb.
Excellent food. We had two mixed plates one with kalua pork and teriyaki chicken in the other with Kahlua pork and barbecue beef or both excellent. The side salad is good as as well as the macaroni salad. We just had an issue with receiving our order in a timely manner and not sure if they just forgot about us or what but we got our food and it was great tasting.
the food was great but those poor employees could use a little more help maybe staff them a bit more so they can actually provide good service not be panicking food was good tho and they did fantastic with the crew they had
We had Mendez as our cashier, awful experience. Walked up looking upset, just started at me and didn't ask what I wanted to order just walked over looking upset. Just cause this guy hates his life doesn't give him the right to take it out on everyone else, try smiling pal or maybe doing your job and people will treat you better. Won't be coming back despite living down the street.
Ordered food here for dinner. We choose the Ono 3 combo dinner meal for the family for $35. We picked beef short ribs, chicken katsu and kalua pork. Comes with 4 scoop of mac salad and rice. Overall saved us alot of money for the 5 of us in the Anheim area for cheap eats.
After a long day that included an amusement park and a drive across Los Angeles in heavy traffic we wanted to find a good meal close to our hotel. We considered our options and chose Ono Hawaiian BBQ. The food was as good as we hoped it would be and we left with full bellies, very satisfied with our meals.
Being from Hawaii it was so nice to have found this place. Service was great and food was delicious... felt as if we were at home.
