I usually have no issues with hotels next to Disney but this hotel was by far the worst one we have stayed at. Some of our family that was with us required a mobility scooter to which we were originally told to leave them in the lobby. We then received a phone call to move them upstairs to which we did like we were asked. The next day we got a note to put them in our room due to a fire hazard. To which we understand, so we talked to the staff and told them our room does not accommodate us for mobility scooters in our room so it would be even more of a fire hazard to keep them in our room. The staff responded “well I don’t know what to tell you”. Finally, I asked to speak with the manager and she once again asked us to leave them in the lobby. Thinking all our problems are solved and we can now enjoy our time. Nope. Our AC in our room kept malfunctioning reaching over 80 degrees in our room. When the staff gave us more towels (because there were 5 of us in one room with only 4 towels) they secretly charged us after checkout for those towels that were supposed to be “complimentary”. When our family went up to have breakfast the staff turned off the lights on those who were still eating, and even turned off the waffle maker on a young girl who was in the middle of making her breakfast. The staff then had the nerve to rush families out of the room who were still eating. This hotel has the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. I would recommend staying at the grand Legacy or springhill suites by mariott. Desert Palms, do better.
Was originally apprehensive when I arrived and realized it was located inside a hotel since most hotel food is meh at best. However the food was delicious and very reasonably priced for being in the Disneyland area. Not necessarily a "food hall" in my mind as there isn't really room to walk around and explore restaurants, but rather a shared kitchen. Don't let that stop you from visiting though. I got better food and service here than I did at the other food halls I visited in Anaheim while spending half as much money. If you're walking from a nearby hotel to Disneyland definitely consider this place as your stop to eat.
Stopped here for dinner on our way to Disneyland. Lots of choices and everything was great. Wife ordered the Veggie Carnival and said it was the best she’s had from a restaurant. I enjoyed the chicken sandwich. Only thing missing is some beer, wine, or other adult beverage and it would be perfect!
We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Since it isn't a chain hotel you can never be too sure about the condition and amenities. The hotel looked just like the pictures. The staff was super friendly and helpful every time we interacted with them. The room was more than we were expecting. There were 2 queens and then a step down into the area with the pullout couch, table, and tv. There was also a tv on the dresser in front of the beds. The two areas were separated with a curtain. This was nice for giving us some space when our 6yr old went to sleep and to block the early morning sun. We were located on the back side of the hotel and were able to see the Guardians of the Galaxy(Tower of Terror). One of the nights we were able to see a lot of the fireworks from our window. We would 100% plan to stay at this hotel in the future.
The first ring we noticed about our room was the smell of mold. The bathroom had folded dirty towels. Two towels and the toilet paper had handprints of ‘who knows what’ on them. Had to ask 2 times to have all the towels replaced and to be given something to clean the bathroom. On the third day of our stay I asked if they could vacuum the room. I was told that they only service the rooms (other than giving new linens if requested) every 7 days. I insisted and was told they would if there was time. The breakfast buffet staff was friendly and efficient.
We enjoyed this restaurant, my daughter especially loved the black beans and cheeseburgers. My wife and I liked their pita wraps. The service is fast and it is nice and quiet
Nice little place for a quick bite. The fries was a stand out. Hot and crunchy. Pita wrap was filled with lots of fresh ingredients
This was really good! We had just come back from Disneyland and didn’t want to walk anymore to find dinner. They have food from multiple restaurants, so we were all able to get something we wanted. Kids and adults, including me who eats gluten free and vegan. The service was fantastic too - they’re all really nice and helpful.
The service was great! And the food was super good and tasty ☺️ The owner and the servers are such sweethearts
Didn't want to eat at the park so I went exploring with daughter. Wanted choices so found this place. This place is connected to the hotel and is easy to pass by since I did not see any signage from the street. Was a little concerned at first since we were the only people there when we first dropped in. Also was wondering if the place was a jack of all foods but master of none.Well I had a double bbq burger and my daughter had the carnitas burrito. We were pleasently suprised. My burger was really good. My daughter liked her burritto though I thought it was a little bland, then again she opted to exclude the jalapeno sauce. Employee was very nice she even helped refill my water bottle for us. Rarely review but they asked and I felt I should let people know since we had a good experience.Prices were what you would expect at hotels or places close to the park.
