It's been 22 years roughly since I've been at a norm's restaurant, always delicious
Like any other Norms, it's outdated furniture and interior gives you 90is feel. If you like that then good for you. For me to go back there again, I want to see some improvements.The service was very slow. I don't know if they were short-staffed or got busy very quickly, it took over 20 minutes just to order the food. Food came rather quickly, but missing some parts of the order.Food quality was average. Coffee ☕️ only one type. Asked for a tea ?, same one kind.For the amount of money we spent there, for me it didn't worth it.

I normally go to a higher-end steakhouse they were already closed. I know norms makes a good steak so I went to check out this new location.Plenty of parking, surprisingly quick service considering how busy they were., Very friendly waitress and excellent serviceYes of course I tipped accordingly.For a four-course meal I couldn't make it at home for the price I paid.Thanks for a great experience. ??
Had a great steak ?? cooked exactly like I wanted. Baked potato and salad. Reasonable price and excellent service. Gave the waitress generous tip because she deserved it. She treated the other tables equally as well.
Norms definitely isn't what it used to be . From the greeter when you first walk in. Not a hello, can I help you, how long the wait will nothing. Had to do all the talking myself. Waiter, polite young man but never came to refill my coffee forgot a plate, but didn't forget to charge me for it though. Food was okay at best .
After our takeout dinner order was missing an item (side of clam chowder soup) at the Anaheim Norms (Euclid and La Palma), I discussed the mistake with the manager. She apologized, gave me a huge cup of clam chowder, and two $5.00 gift cards. This morning I redeemed the gift cards for breakfast (pork chops with scrambled eggs; sirloin steak and over-easy eggs) but saw that both meals came with scrambled eggs when I got home. I give up. My suggestion is that you have your waiter/waitress read back your order, and be prepared to send it back to the cooks to have it made correctly if these mistakes continue. Also, be sure to check your meals carefully when you recieve them from their delivery service; mistakes get made more frequently than you may realize.
This location is way better than Santa ana and long Beach the waitress was very very nice constantly checking our table despite the fact that the restaurant was packed with not distancing between, each other. Food was very good I ordered chilaquiles verdes not spicy at all dry for my taste but good, the chorizo burrito was good size no too much flavor but is Norms not a Mexican restaurant so it was decent.

I treated my son to dinner after a long work week. The service at this particular location is always excellent!!! And the food delicious!!! My steak was perfectly cooked as were my veggies on the side..my sons chili cheese fries were outstanding!!! Our waitress was sweet cheerful and helpful ?and the price for everything including tip was reasonable...well done everyone!!! We'll see you again soon!
