Random people kept walking into the restaurant and even though i had a reservation i was told to wait when i showed up. After waiting when we were walking to our table some random guy who just walked in was sitting at our table and continued to walk around for another 5-10 minutes before someone even questioned him. Other than that the service was great and the food as always was fantastic. I do wish there was seating upstairs more often as thatâs the nicest part of the restaurant but it always seems empty and thereâs never seating there.
Great food! We did a last minute stop here and waited about 30 minutes for inside seating at approx. 6:00 pm (not too bad). We had great service from Cory and the manager on duty was super friendly and stopped by our table to check on our experience (first time this happened in So. Cal. so thank you).We had the gnocchi which was amazing, and the fried pizza dough cheese thing which was terrific for kids and adults alike. The cocktails were spot on as well as we had the Sicilian Sunshine and and the Vodka Blush. Kids cheese pizza was pretty good too.I highly recommend this restaurant if your in Downtown Disney and it’s worth making a trip if your not in the area. I was told they have a restaurant location in Orlando and I look forward to trying and reviewing it next time I’m in WDW.Highly recommend and will be returning but in Orlando.
The girls checking us in first couldnât find our reservation, then they found it and told us we had to wait past our reservation. The girls checking us in have HORRIBLE customer service skills. They definitely need training. The wait staff was very good, and attentive. I wouldnât go back because of the lack of customer service and rudeness. I would suggest the manager do a training course.
Quick accommodations and service! Always been a great experience
We were in town walking around Downtown Disney and decided to take a chance on this place. We put our name down and waited for about 40 minutes which wasn't bad. We were seated up stairs and it was a great place to people watch. I went with the gnocchi and they were amazing as they were light, fluffy and just perfect. The amount of sauce was just right and made for an absolutely perfect meal. The service was quite good and the prices were very reasonable. It was a great experience from start to finish.
Amazing food and service. One of the best caesar salads ive ever had, so fresh!
Pizza and Caesar salad were excellent. Salmon entree was average, very bland. Servers were great and you didn't have to wait long for your food.

Excellent pizza and great outdoor experience! Little touches like small infrared heaters and easy-on-the-eyes lighting hanging from each table umbrella made eating with friends and family wonderful. Pizza was excellent - dough was thin and had a slight chew, sliced mozzarella, and the toppings were great quality (and plentiful). Appetizers were equally impressive, though a bit on the higher priced side as what we ordered wasn't made fresh (made sense for what we ordered that it can't be made to order; was just warmed). The pizza prices were more expensive than normal, but it was great, fresh, and fired with high heat to get excellent toasting on the crust. Would definitely recommend.
We had the pizza, spaghetti, and salad. The pizza was the worst of all with the dough being chewy, the ingredients falling off, the sauce was watery and tasted bland. The cheese was slipping off the pizza as it wasn’t well spread and done in clumps. It didn’t feel cooked at all. The spaghetti was well done but the sauce was the same as the pizza. The salad was a plain old salad you can find anywhere. Overall it was too overpriced for something you can find somewhere else for better quality and pricing.
