I never liked Italian ice to sweet . I tried Mike's now am hock .my daughter from Oregon love Mike's ice , she had it three times in one week . before she left GREAT ICE

Sounds like a great business to start with low startup but very difficult to turn a profit because it's seasonal and random. Tons of competition out there with other vendors selling sweet stuff. Trying to get into events is a hassle. Worst part is sending away $500 to $1400 vendor fees months in advance and hope you recover your cost. Just take a look at all the ghost facebook and instagram accounts that were abandoned after 1 year. Very few mustache mikes vendors last more than a season. (Or any italian ice vendor in California).
