They never get your food order right they always mess up my order there all the time!! ? Excuse my French but their cashier are either really really slow or rude .. when they repeat your order at times but not all the time.. I have asked them repeatedly to repeat the order please. They never do.. and they are slow on getting your order to you all the time.. the longest time was almost an hour wait for 2 sodas and two burgers
I buy a combo and the fries have a lot salt?, so I get a happy meal too , but the apple juice is missing!!!Bad service ?! The wait for more than 25 minutes,I called the store nobody answered the phone…Only drive-thru !
I went there on a hot summer day to grab a drink. Person at the till took the order of previous customer and went away, I waited for 5-7 minutes but no one came. Then I ordered on the machine and it didn't give print any receipt. Now I was not sure if my order went through Again waited there for another 5-7 minutes and then finally the yelled that what drink this person with large refill wants. I was right there first one in the line so I told them. It took me 12-15 minutes to get a drink from this place. Corporate people were there as well chilling on the table. This Lincoln one and becch boulevard macdonald sucks.
Went to this McDonald’s on 6/23 the guy at the second window was rude as hell !Was like “ what’s your order “! “ we’res your proof of payment” ! Like what? Then I proceeded to tell him he lady at the first window didn’t give it to me I told him my order I had orderd 4 drinks and he didn’t even offer me a cup holder untilI had to say something to him and then threw it at me !What type of customer service is this? Seriously!
My father was denied service for NO reason. (If it wasn't discrimination then what was it?) My father was a LOYAL and POLITE customer there for YEARS. Your new security guard blocked my dad from entering the same place he has been a loyal and kind customer at for many years. He NEVER had any issues with anyone before 4/29/2022 @ around 2pm. That's when your new guard discriminated against a kind and loyal customer for NO reason. I tried calling multiple times to sort it out but no one answers. I would appreciate it if the management got back to me.No I don't want free anything.An apology would be appreciated though.
No workers at the cash register inside, and, they regularly mess up orders at drive thru as they did again today. Maria in management was zero help. Better off getting fed elsewhere.
We often visit McDonald's with my family, we were in different ones, but this one was remembered the most. The darkness of the terminals, the order was made large, but they were issued surprisingly quickly, everything was checked, everything is ok. You should not worry about the quality of food, everything is standard. There are a lot of people here, but we managed to find a place right away, we were lucky. Overall a great McDonald's.
Very rude! Worst mcdonalds I have ever visited. Food is always warm never hot, order is always messed up, in 3 years I figure one day they would just get something right. Go atleast 1-3 times a month. Today was the final straw! I ordered food my kids and myself and when we were done before leaving I asked for a refill, and they had the nerve to tell me that they don't offer refills no more! Just last month I was able to get refills so what changed? I will never go to this mcdonalds ever again!
Drive thru sucks. Two mcdoubles came out as singles. They told me to hold on to the burgers and bring them in next time I come since I was home. They would need me to return the cheese in order to receive my mcdoubles. Me and my daughter frequent this McDonald's twice a week after her school. Now, we'll go somewhere else to eat. Not there no after the attitude I got. Asked me if I was sure there wasn't two patties on there. My 5 year old can count to two if I make a mistake. They obviously can't count
Sloppy sloppy SLOPPY! Worst service and they weren't even busy, the burgers looked like they were thrown in a salad bowl and tossed together. Definitely won't be back... Don't recommend this place at all!
