The service is actually good for being a place where you expect just the average attention. They actually have a host/ waiter and servers. You have to wait to be seated and they really try to make your experience memorable. The bathrooms are surprisingly clean and smell really good and stocked. But... yes, there is a big "BUT", the food portions are big, yes big, but the plate is mostly filled with fries and rice or fries and spaghetti! Honestly. Come on! The whatever the name was of the plate that was supposed to have beef/ steak, barely had 8 to 9stripes of it! The rest was just fries, and three quarters of the plate was filled with this green spaghetti! Yes, it was really flavorful but, hello! I want the protein not the (bad) carbos! They give a complimentary cup of soup which tastes good and everything, but that does not compensate for the "missing" beef on the plate, very stingy. I don't think I'll come back even tho the menu is quite extensive with many choices; the prices are similar to a high standard kind of restaurant, I would dare to say similar to The Cheesecake Factory (give or take)I do not recommend.Oh! And I almost forgot to mention, that they took so long to bring one of our plates, they brought one first and started bringing the order to the people next to our table, which came AFTER!No no no, I do not recommend this place.
The pollo saltado is delicious we order a ceviche de peacado it took them over 1 hour to make it. Just to serve food they take to long
As a Peruvian, I have to say that it is a very good restaurant. Very good flavor. Besides that, all the main dishes come with their small bowl of soup, and what soup?? Aguadito. It might take a little longer to get the plates on your table, but it is worth it to wait, and we are in a freaking pandemic too...
Great food. Generous portions. Quality service.
I don't know what happened to this restaurant. Maybe the management changed or they got a different cook. Who knows. Months ago, I used to get the mixed ceviche, it was delicious and there was always a big pile of fish, some shrimp, and calamari. I was always full when I finished it. Now the portion was cut in half and they added clamps which I don't like. I asked the guy on the phone the other day if he could replace the clamps for shrimp, and he refused. I told him that I don't like clamps. It's almost 24 dollars and they have decreased the portion of fish and shrimp in half. My order today was pretty much a bunch of onion, some pieces of fish , 4 small shrimp and some calamari rings, or whatever they're call. The amount on choclo and cancha was ridiculous. I'm really disappointed .
Food is average and overpriced. Meat portions are stingy . Good customer service . Food was high in sodium. Unfortunately I will not be returning.
First time taste Peruvian food and we are fascinated , Delicious food and excellent service .
First time trying Peruvian food and I am hooked! A friend took me and now I want ti bring my whole family to try it out! Portions are very generous so its great to share. Love it!
We are Peruvians visiting and were looking for a place with authentic food. It did not disappoint, the food was delicious, service was quick and friendly. We wish we had this place back home!
It was one of the best food I have ever tasted. I don’t have any knowledge about Peruvian gastronomy but I think it was authentic. The reason I only give four stars is for two reasons : 1) dish was too salty 2) price is high. Friendly staff.
