Best authentic menudo in town....and born and raised in East LA, so I know the real deal. Great all you can eat menudo with pata, fresh tortillas and hot chile upon request with fresh chips and salsa. Server was friendly and attentive. This is my Go To Spot!
Frank has been my dad's friend for at least 43 years. From cook to owner. Frank has always cared about his food . It's always a pleasure to eat here when I'm in town. Menudo is served 7days a week! Love it! I highly suggest if your in the area and want authentic Mexican food, then stop here! You won't be disappointed. Frank if you see this you should put a pic of my dad in Vietnam and one with you.
Not authentic mexican food, more like mexican american food. We ordered the chilaquiles and the sauce tasted like sauce from a can. The service was great though I liked the servers and the customer service.
This place has more than 4 stars so I decided to give it a try. I just saw the stars I didn’t read the reviews. When I went in I noticed mostly all the customers were non Hispanic. That’s no problem at all. When you look through the reviews you’ll notice the high ratings are mostly non Hispanic people. After trying the food I can honestly say it was the worse Hispanic restaurant I’ve ever been to. The burrito tasted like it was those 1 dollar burritos. The beans were heavy salted. The margarita my wife had was disgusting. Non Hispanic people might have not been raised in a Hispanic household so they’re not familiar what real Hispanic food should taste like. Don’t be fooled by the high rating reviews. This place is not it. The only good thing was my waitress was nice.
Great food, large quantities, low prices. I am have many fond memories at this restaurant.
Ok this place is delicious they give you allot of food for those that like to eat its not that pricey either in my opinion

My trading experience with Mr Donald Richard has been really great and profitable.
The food is tasty here, small menu, sizable portions, affordable prices. We ordered the fajitas, some beef tacos, and the breakfast special (Chile verde) as seen on the pictures. Overall the food is good if you’re into quick Mexican food. The place was clean and in order. The service was fast, although there weren’t a lot of people eating lunch. I’d recommend this place for some quick Mexican taste.
