Twice the price but less the quality,for a $20 chicken sandwich(it is small)they give you barely any fries especially if you paid more for a different type and they forget to put any condiments in the box even if you ask for them.
Ok, where do I start? The hamburger is a deep fried beef patty. Comes with coleslaw and pickle between the bun.They also have legs/thigh and chicken tenders. Everything is cooked perfectly. Ok, now the warning. They have several 6 levels of spices. From None, up to reaper. I got med and hot (number 3 and number 4). These mid levels can hurt, so be careful. Like I said, everything is cooked very well. (Moist). You know your in trouble when you see the posted sign. See attached. They also have another sign that stated it takes 20-30 minutes to cook all meals. This is true. Perhaps calling ahead is a very good idea.
Fist time experience was based on info on the website...in hindsight, its better to visit and ask staff for recommendations. I ordered the 6 wings based on the picture shown on website, which was misleading given that the picture showed full wing pieces vs the mini drumlets that you actually get. In comparison, the 6 wings are exactly the same size as KFC Wings (w.o. flats) for 2x+ the cost per wing. KFC 6 wings snack is $5 and Kickin' Hot Chicken 6 wings snack is $12....though the flavor is absolutely delishes, the experience is underwhelming given the limited amount for the price. 3 stars for misleading pictures and small amount given the price...but quality can not be overlooked, as these wings are deliciously seasoned.
Twice in one week. Let me start by saying, pace yourself with the heat levels because they jump quickly. Mild is non existent, medium is perfection, hot is good fun if you have the tolerance for it.... And I've yet to try anything beyond.That said let's get to the review. I've come to notice at this place tends to lag in terms of time to produce their food. However, it should be known that the reason why this is, is because everything they make is fresh to order. You CAN taste that difference. Initially coming into this, I normally try to set the benchmark as Popeyes, and while this location tends to be a bit more pricey than Popeyes is, again the taste makes up for the price.I've ordered from this place twice this week and each time I ordered I was presented with incredibly fresh food, juicy chicken, crispy french fries, and excellent service. The chicken in the sandwiches are thick cuts of tenders, the proportion of meat to coleslaw within the soft bun really cuts any kind of fat from the frying process. They do an excellent job and maintaining a perfect balance of acidity in their food. The first time I ordered it was a mild chicken sandwich with a side of Cajun fries.The Cajun fries were good but the sandwich stole the show. The second time I came by I ordered a medium sandwich alongside a hot tender just so that I can taste the different levels of heat. Again as I said the medium is genuinely the sweet spot when it comes to heat level. But if your adventurous there is a lot of flavor in the hot.I highly recommend visiting this location, sitting outside on their patio and relaxing for a bit while you get the freshest chicken sandwich you will ever have, and wind up thanking yourself for allowing them just a few more minutes of your time to produce something that is absolutely mouth-watering and cannot be compared with any of the fast food joints in the area. There is no competition. This is the winner.
The portions are HUGE. You definitely get your money's worth here. I went with the sandwich and medium spice. And it was quite hot and delicious! The only downside is that it does take a while but I appreciate the fresh preparation. I would definitely return!

Definitely the best Nashville chicken I have had so far. The burger itself is really big and there is a good portion of fries. Definitely recommend it

Chicken is super hot!! But the employees are very nice and the food was prepared quickly, the interior has a nice setup as well
