Came here right at open to grab lunch, the wait wasn't bad, and the serving size was considerable. This sandwich is huge for me, so I finished about 60% of it and took the rest home for later. The fries are perfect, nice and crispy. Salted but not too salty. Definitely worth the wait.
Twice in one week. Let me start by saying, pace yourself with the heat levels because they jump quickly. Mild is non existent, medium is perfection, hot is good fun if you have the tolerance for it.... And I've yet to try anything beyond.That said let's get to the review. I've come to notice at this place tends to lag in terms of time to produce their food. However, it should be known that the reason why this is, is because everything they make is fresh to order. You CAN taste that difference. Initially coming into this, I normally try to set the benchmark as Popeyes, and while this location tends to be a bit more pricey than Popeyes is, again the taste makes up for the price.I've ordered from this place twice this week and each time I ordered I was presented with incredibly fresh food, juicy chicken, crispy french fries, and excellent service. The chicken in the sandwiches are thick cuts of tenders, the proportion of meat to coleslaw within the soft bun really cuts any kind of fat from the frying process. They do an excellent job and maintaining a perfect balance of acidity in their food. The first time I ordered it was a mild chicken sandwich with a side of Cajun fries.The Cajun fries were good but the sandwich stole the show. The second time I came by I ordered a medium sandwich alongside a hot tender just so that I can taste the different levels of heat. Again as I said the medium is genuinely the sweet spot when it comes to heat level. But if your adventurous there is a lot of flavor in the hot.I highly recommend visiting this location, sitting outside on their patio and relaxing for a bit while you get the freshest chicken sandwich you will ever have, and wind up thanking yourself for allowing them just a few more minutes of your time to produce something that is absolutely mouth-watering and cannot be compared with any of the fast food joints in the area. There is no competition. This is the winner.
Sandwich is too good.. perfect amount of spice .. huge chunks of chicken.. so delicious every time I come.. expect a 25-30 min wait but worth it

Ugh! Love this place. Been waiting for a good hot chicken place close to yl forever. Definitely a little pricey but you get your moneys worth! I have never been able to finish a meal in 1 seating. A lot of hot chicken places the hot isn't hot at all. So be careful coming here because their hot means hot! Definitely a top chicken place in oc!
For other spicy-food enthusiasts, forewarning: their hottest is absolutely excruciating.I ordered a medium, hot, and very hot. The medium was mild and doable, the hot (with habaneros) was ideal spicy, no need to drink any water/milk and/or turn into a tomato facially.The 'very hot' (at least, that's what I think it's called) was painful.. it's something between very spicy and battery-acid, and resulted in me having to bust out the milk, which almost no restaurant has made me do. It was a shameful experience for me, and my parents nearly disowned me, but praise be to God/Allah/Krishna, they appealed to reason later on.Overall, good chicken. Really love that their spice-levels are accurate, unlike other places where 'hot' is jalapenos and crushed red peppers.

You guys... this place is soooo good. You have to wait a few minutes because the food is cooked to order. The food is so good, it’s piping hot when you get it and the portions are huge. My mom grandma and I don’t eat out much but when we do it’s such a treat when the food is this good!Recommend to anyone who loves chicken
