Was attracted by the 10 piece meal deal sign and drove through. Did not want 2 large mash potatoes and want another side. Was told could not switch or substitute! Yet no where on the huge sign does it have no switching or choosing your sides! Would not have drove in if I knew this, bait and switch, false lure. Hook you by the sign, and give you what you do not want.
Horrible customer service. Had no clue of the family deals they had online. Waited over 25 min for my food cause they got everyone’s order wrong great way to spend over $50 won’t be coming back

They were pretty nice but got our bucket order wrong. So we had to go back and exchange it.

Very disappointing I ordered a whole family pack and 4 chicken sandwiches and then I asked the guy if I can change The chicken piece to a different one and then he said that will be 2 dollars extra I told him ok lemme go ask my dad so I came back to pay him and then he said too late now you lost your chance and then I was like OK sorry about that and then I asked him for some catch-up you’re only gave me 6 and I had a very big order and then I said can I get some more then he said no and I respectfully left to fill up my cup when I went to fill up my cup i call Pepsi The Pepsi tasted like syrup and then I tried to but some ice the ice machine was broken very disappointing moment. 11/11/2021
I drove threw the drive threw and ordered a meal that didn't come with a biscuit and asked to get one and they replied saying they couldn't add one and I replied saying that I wanted to add a biscuit on the side pretty much saying I was going to pay for it and he said it was OK then I drove to the window and payed and once inspecting my food before I left there was no biscuit so I went inside to let them know then I was rudely told they couldn't give me a biscuit because they can't swap items then I politely told them I was trying to add a biscuit as in pay for it and they said they didn't add it so I ended up paying for the biscuit and they just handed me a biscuit held by a napkin. The point of a drive threw is to just drive in and get my food and go home. I don't understand why this KFC makes it so difficult to order especially if your paying for the food.
I always get the 25 dollar meal bucket with gravy n potato n coleslaw, chicken is always good, and the coleslaw is sweet and cold
Severely understaffed w/only 3 employees. Drive thru line was so long walk-ins don’t get attended for at least 5-10 minutes.
