I bought a bucket of chicken for six people in the Drive-Thru got three napkins in the bag so I had to park and run inside to ask for more the worker handed over two more then I asked her can you please give me more this ain't enough so she hands me two more I said there are six people this is not enough can you give me more she has me two more the reason I needed more is because we were traveling and we literally had nothing to wipe our hands with this greasy chicken we were about to eat so another worker comes and says I'm sorry that's all the napkins were allowed to give that's what our boss orders and I said well where is your boss she's in the back do you want to speak with her and I said absolutely so the worker goes to the back not sure if she actually talk to the boss back there but very quickly she came back out handed at me a little stack of napkins and I said Thank you and walked away now my complaint is that I spent $40 on a bucket of chicken what was so hard about giving adequate amount of napkins to a paying customer other than that I have nothing else to say except pettiness doesn't pay especially when we're already paying ridiculous amounts for what we're buying.
This has to be the slowest kfc I’ve ever come to, waited over 20 minutes for my food both times coming here with minimal line in drive through. The people who served us were very indifferent about the wait time or getting to you in a timely manner. We spent five or takes 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged at the intercom. Upon ordering our food the 2nd time they also got our sides wrong and just didn’t have the energy to drive back for the mac and cheese. We just did not have a good experience at this location, and I wouldn’t recommend others try it.
February 27, 2022 - whoever the people in this branch at 3-4pm, I ordered 16pieces bucket, when We got home, only to find out they gave me all pieces of legs, and no biscuits. I had to come back drive and let them know. The person in the cashier so rude and the manager didn’t care. Zero stars ?
I love Kentucky fried chicken but this store is dirty the floor, the tables specially the bathroom!
My family ended up in the hospital after eating from this KFC and ended up with salmonella.
This particular KFC feels that the air conditioning is never on. It is stagnant, dirty tables, exit doors sticky, just not a clean restaurant to dine in. This is why I always take my food to go. I have been coming to this KFC for quite some time because it's close to my home. Nothing ever changes.
Too many feathers for my liking, and uneven seasoning. Besides that, customer service was pleasant.
This location dies not have pie tins to bake the item 16 on their menu! Don't know why they have pot pies on the menu when it's never available. And after learning they couldn't make the item from their menu, we were stuck in the drive thru line behind couple of cars for atleast 10 minutes!
Its almost a joke how often the drive thru messes up even the simplest orders
Chicken was freshly cooked. Good meal
