Unfortunately I shared my experience on yelp and the owner Niki called to have it removed. So I will share it here.Overpriced but I understand because they are providing convenience. So of the products they sell are not offered easily in stores so you either have to order online or here.Ehhhh to customer service. I reached out to the lady working the desk and asked question but she had no real answers.My biggest thing is you never know who is walking thru your door so you should always be kind, that goes for Niki.
Was referred here from another parent on my daughter's soccer team, so I thought I would give them a try. Wow! Great quality. Will be back for more!

Hours on google not accurate. Drove an hour for them to lock the door and leave when I got there.UPDATE:The owner reached out to apologize for what happened and that really made my day. On top of the apology she sent some keto cookie mixes that were absolutely fantastic. Can't wait to make my way back down to the store soon.
HORRIBLE customer service. I had a couple questions about products, as I just started buying them two weeks ago. The girls at the shop did not know the answers. One was very friendly, the other one acted like she was annoyed. So, I emailed using the email address on the site, for information. No response. I messaged on Instagram and commented on posts. No response. Yet, I saw them respond to other comments after mine. Whoever the social media manager is, they do not care and are awful at their job. I finally got a response two weeks later, but only because I contacted again and again. I was excited to purchase from here because the stuff is so yummy, but it isn't worth the very bad customer service. DISAPPOINTING.

Hard pass. Terrible online customer service. Slow shipping. Never responded to any of my emails or inquiries on any platform (messenger, 2 emails, and 1 call). Cancelled part of my order. And bake @ home cookies taste nasty... maybe the experience is better in person... but I'm never giving this place a chance again. Literally terrible on every account.
Just happened upon this shop while visiting from out of town. Outstanding variety, reasonable prices (let’s be real — keto and specialty ingredient items cost more to produce and to purchase, so yeah it’s more expensive than a general bakery), good ingredients, and the woman who greeted us was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Tried out some doughnuts we purchased and they were a big hit. Delicious. Will definitely be back.
