it’s one of my favorite fast food restaurants.. but why no chicken tenders for almost 2 weeks?? i come here 4-5 times a week yet they still don’t have chicken tenders. it’s so annoying.
I don't like giving bad reviews but honestly the quality of the food is absolutely terrible. The spicy fried chicken wasn't cooked and the flavoring non-existent. The banana pie was bland... and the steak looked like dog food, tasted like nothing, and textured like a sponge.I asked if the mashed potatoes had meat in it, they said no, clearly had meat in it...I gave 2 stars because of the staff kindness and service.Originally I wanted to try the chicken sandwich but they were out of buns... I've never run a restaurant so i cant jidge but a chain should have there stuff together.Not interested in going back. I hope there are improvements with the food quality in the future.
First time eating at Jollybees and I cant wait to go back. The chicken is so amazing, crispy and juicy but not salty or chewy. I also had the Spicy Chicken sandwich and it was literally the best chicken sandwich I've ever had, it was so simple but the flavors and spice level were just perfect, the bun also added a great flavor and the piece of chicken was huge.The prices are great and the quality of the food is amazing.
Was excited to try! I got the spicy chicken 10 piece bucket for 20.99 and the spaghetti with a soda for 6.99. The spaghetti was good, it is a sweet flavor but it was cold even though we ate it right away. The bucket only had 8 pieces which was upset about because it was 20.99 for 10 pieces but I couldn’t go back because I opened the chicken when I arrived to AZ. Chicken tastes just like KFC. Customer service was good and friendly!
I just recently ever tried their spicy chicken and may I say it was absolutely delicious! Nice, crispy crunchy exterior with piping hot delicious interior and please try the spicy 6 piece chicken (enough for 2 people)!! Their pineapple juice is a little sweet but still as delicious!

I haven't had Jollibee's in a hot minute since moving out to OC so I was honestly excited to finally get it again yesterday. I usually would frequent the Rancho Cucamonga location that's located within a Seafood City so it was different finding a stand alone Jollibee out here in Anaheim. The restaurant is pretty big actually, they offer a lot of seating for their customers which is nice. I love the huge jolli bee statue in the front too. Cute for taking pics!When I got there they had a few customers waiting to get their food and only one person in line so we got to order pretty quickly. The gentleman taking our order was clearly new so he was a tad slow with getting everything down but we understood why. This particular location does have a Red Ribbon bakery attached to it so it's perfect to go get some snacks or dessert while you wait for your food to be ready. They were actually pretty quick with getting our order out but I did see upon walking in that they were fully stocked on their chicken so that's probably why.I must say their chicken at this location is much bigger than the Rancho location. By a lot! The pieces that I had were nice and crunchy. I personally like the spicy flavor, adds a nice kick to it. The chicken paired with rice and a heaping of they gravy sauce is so delicious! It's my favorite meal at Jollibee. I did end up trying their Aloha burger for the first time and honestly I'd probably skip it next time. The quality of the meat patty was a bit odd. Not sure what they use but it wasn't really what I was expecting. I think next time I'll have to see how their spaghetti is because that was also a favorite of mine at the Rancho location.I'm giving 4 stars because I did enjoy their chicken, rice and gravy! I'll have to come back to try more of their menu.P.S. - Don't forget to order their Pineapple quencher! It's honestly just pineapple juice but it's so refreshing and pairs well with the meals!
We ordered 6 piece chicken bucket but when we got home there’s only 4 pieces inside…tried to call them right away but nobody answer the phone…tried to call back again after 2 days but no luck….bad customer service.
awesome, awesome, awesome. loved it. will be back even if I have to drive 2 hrs
