Today is April 1 and I definitely need to change my review to five stars instead of four I came in at 1:30 on a Friday and definitely not too busy of a time to come in and grab some thing the service was great as always for extra special because this gentleman at the register took care of me by helping me walk through the app and making sure that I get points for my purchases and letting me know that I have a coupon that I could use for a couple of bucks off which always helps. Then I came on here to add a picture and see about adding the fifth star when I see the owner has replied to my review and that to me is absolutely priceless when you run a company as I’ve known in the past you’re a busy person to go on and to reply to a review is really truly priceless to me people are busy people who don’t have time for everything let alone everything extra with technology so I appreciate it five stars and then look!!!! I can’t wait to go home and eat this checkout pix )week in March I gave 4 stars - Very busy place but the service is always good and nice people , drinks are delicious and baked goods yummy
Super nice and helpful employees. He even super blended it for my son who just had an orthodontist appt and was tender!! Smoothies were great! The problem is the guest area. It is filthy! Anything metal has rust, the floors look like there is sand or something spilled all over it. Food display has crumbs and dust all over it. A good hour or 2 of scrubbing would clean this place right up. It needs it!
Great place to get your drink staff is friendly
Went in to get a juice and they were out of several items them when I finally Compromised and went to pay they told me “we don’t take $50s. I asked why and they told me “I don’t know we just don’t “. Poor service at it’s best.
I've gone to this location several different times. And every time they knock it out of the park! The staff is super friendly and are very professional. The location is always immensely clean and you can tell all the employees have great pride with their work ethic....it shows! Keep coming back for more
The smoothies taste good..but if I pay for 3 extra boosts in my drink, I expect to the get the whole drink. Obviously the more you add, the bigger it will be so a medium drink plus 3 boosts will be bigger than a medium drink with zero boosts right? But they refuse to give me the entire drink bc it "doesn't fit in a medium cup" and would rather throw the extra in the trash! So wasteful. I calculate my protein and caffeine intake based on getting the entire protein boost and energy boost. But I have no way of knowing how much protein or caffeine I actually get if they don't give me the full amount. Its frustrating and defeats the purpose of me even going there.
