Drive thru at like 1am & ordered chicken strips. Payed for chicken strips. When we were handed our chicken strips, we asked for sauces & were informed that they literally had zero sauces of any kind. Like?Zero customer service skills. We would’ve gladly ordered something else/nothing at all if they would’ve been upfront about serving dry chicken strips w no dipping sauces to begin with& even then? I’m no expert, but what fast food restaurant runs out/doesn’t carry sauce ?..& they let us know afterrr we paid??We took our dry chicken strips & didn’t even eat them.
I went through the drive-thru and have previously been able to pay via google/Samsung pay. Now, because the cashier didn't want to run the payment that way he cancelled my order without even trying, the guy just dismissed me without a second glance. and told the cook to take it back probably the worst service I have ever gotten here.
My first time coming here was a delight. Ive only heard things about it and decided to give it a try. I got one of the late night munchie boxes. For $6 it's a steal. I got a chicken sandwich one night and a grilled cheese burger the other. Both were great. I also got two tacos along with more than enough fries. I loved all of it. I would definitely come back if there was one were I lived.

Came twice with family during 3-day Disneyland vacay. Loved the Cluck sandwich! 24-hour drive-through is awesome.
Always has the BEST staff, ALWAYS. Food is always perfect. Good experience, every time...over 10 years now.
This location is always running out of chicken and now tacos. Jack n Box..if it keeps this up, will be going down hill soon, and fast!
What can be said.. it is fast food. Service is fast, food is reliably boring but edible.
The service is fast and friendly. I often stop by here on the way to work early in the mornings on Saturday and Sunday. Every single time I come by I am met with a helpful attitude and a smile. Everything is always fresh and packed well.
The fries at this location where very warm and by the time I got to my hotel 5 min away they where already cold.
