My curly fries were burnt. Asked for ranch. Get only one for my large curly fries. It should automatically be 2 ranch per large curly fries. Thankfully half of it was burnt so one ranch was enough.Do better, Jack.
Always fine, never really have troubles with food quality or orders being wrong. However it's definitely one of the slower ones I've ever been too. If you need a grab n go bite fast, be aware you WILL have to wait, even with no line
Was going for tacos they didn't have any ended up getting curley fries which were ok as well
what can I tell about I'm checking the box lover will know why we go there prices in a lot of variety opening most of the time very late and come on the tacos who hasn't who hasn't had some of these at 3:00 in the morning at one point in your life ....so good
I've never really had a problem here and it's always a pleasure going to this Jack in the Box! And in all honesty, the fries here are better than anywhere else ?
The 4pc donuts that I bought didn't have any cinnamon or sugar on them. They were warm but that's it. They didn't have tacos.

the quality of this location is failing. I had a manager lie to me on the phone offering to replace my order, only to drive back and have her decide what she was going to replace... this was after waiting over an hour for a mobile order especially after other people came in and ordered and left before we got ours. half of my family has to wait to eat this is an issue... I'll also be posting a picture of the product I received vs What it should have somewhat looked like... I've managed restaurants before and this is pathetic.
Usually have a good experience at this location. Checked Google and it says this store is open 24 hours daily. So I went in last night for a Munchie Meal right at 9 PM and I'm told to leave because they were apparently closed. Curious.
