Ashley caused my to miss my bus. By giving me what she wanted and not what I came in for. (BOGO jumbo jack) Attitude check in the workplace Ashley. And she was playing with the button for the restroom when I asked to use it. Restroom was dirty floor was wet. Probably the worst experience I've had at this jack. Get it together Ashley ❤️ ? ? ? ? ? ❤️
Just your average visit to get some tacos, but the personnel extremely helpful and friendly, really like this franchise!!!
I agree with reviewers who have lamented the dining room and/or restrooms staying closed despite mask mandates having gone outta effect in spring of 2022. The app they offer doesn't have the option to schedule your pickup for later. I only chose to go here because I was visiting another nearby business I have already reviewed. While I don't care for JitB in general, this location is not a good first one to visit.
Drove in to pick up dessert for my family's dinner so I ordered 5 cheesecakes. My family and I love the cheesecake.
It’s very frustrating to deal with a location that really has no reason to continue to keep the restroom closed off to Customers. Theres no reason for this. So I say go to other establishments that treat there customers better.
Did an mobile order nothing complicated 2 tacos mini churro and fries waited 20 minutes. People who got there after got there food before me and I had remind them I was waiting for mobile pick up. Horrible service
Employee offered to upgrade my small coffee to a orange juice because she did not want to make fresh coffee.

Got the sourdough chicken sandwich and curly fries. Had to take them back. Sandwich had no flavor and fries tasted like they were fried in dirty oil
