Even though the place was busy it was a 5-minute wait for us for a family of six the Managers and staff we're really friendly they had us in and out love the customer service skills. This IHOP here and the owners or the chain or whatever it is . have my business again for the next time I'm here. Great job. Like I told the manager I was going to leave her a great review thank you for your great service
Now I was seated very quickly. So breakfast started off great. Waiter (Alex) took about 15 mins before he came to greet us. Then we're discussing and asking questions. Alex verbatim "hurry up I have other tables". That is the rudest most unprofound, unprofessional thing a waiter could ever say. Especially when we have literally taken up 2 mins of your time. So I haven't recieved my food yet but it won't change this rating. Customer service is absolutely horrible with this particular waiter.
Susana got some bad service. Girl literally spent my entire stay talking with her friends. I guess you gotta be captivating in order to get some refills. She don’t need to be working.
IHOP has really impressed me. I have always gone there for my tradition of Strawberry Crepes with Ice Cream, since I was very young. But recently me and my boyfriend went there and the food was so good and our waiter was so pleasant. We had a very nice time and I can't wait to go back.
went there to go eat with family and the waiter samantha was in a bad mood and gave attitude the whole time, we all got our drinks and my hot chocolate was warm and just tasted like water same with the coffee. The eggs were not the best, sausages were cold, the food did not taste good whatsoever. the price was over 80 for 4 peoples. will not come again
Excellent service. We went on Christmas and still had speedy service. Super friendly staff. Everything was delicious.

Had been there a few times(15+) but the last couple of visits the service has been poor. The food was cold (waffle). They have only made the eggs properly. It is my last visit.
The staff were very friendly and Attentive even though it was busy! But the owners (Asian couple) were very rude. Food quality is good and good proportions
