Not the best venue for sound, but the location is convenient, servers are friendly, and the food/drink is reasonably priced. And kid friendly. Lots of parents bring their kids.My 2nd time here. My first was for Fitz and the Tantrums which was great! 2nd time with Bad Religion which was awesome!Also, try the liquid death. But only if you’re brave. ;)HOB validates parking so I only paid $3
We have been here many times! Love everything about the venue! V.I.P. upgrades are well worth the extra cash. Great staff at HOB..... STC Gardenwalk employees.... not so much.Tip: If you see a concert here and get out of the show late, the parking structure gates will be open and you can just leave. Don't pay for parking in advance.
Great venue, but know this, PAY FOR VIP so you get a seat. Otherwise your stacked in like cattle.Next time I'll pay for the whole experience!
While I was reluctant at first, the new location is a clear upgrade and one of the best indoor venues I have ever been to over a a half lifetime of concert-going. Sevendust put on a truly beautiful show that was worth showing up on a Tuesday night for- even with work coming quick in the morning.
Great venue, love the vibe, come early for a good spot, bring a refillable collapsible water if you get thirsty, water is hella expensive, sound and atmosphere are spot on and I'd come here again in a heart beat. Parking just below by billy bee's. Came here for underoath and it didn't disappoint
Best customer service I’ve had! Got a free ticket, got a fast pass, great staff from box office, to restaurant, to inside bar! Just know that it’s smart to pregame in the restaurant as drinks start at $7, while in the venue they start at $13, but even their bar staff noticeably heavy pours! So you get your money’s worth!! Thank you ALL!!!
I really loved it being my first time there, I just wish the staff had been quick to notice someone was but to crowd surf, I got hit in the cheek 2x :/ but overall I really liked it. Definitely will go again.

Fun venue. Well laid out and a great view of the stage no matter where you are. Have to show a Vax card to get in, so be prepared. Also can only have a really tiny purse.
The food was amazing and even though the place was hopping, the staff made sure we were taking care of. One of the executive chefs actually was helping deliver food, which to me showed dedication to the entire smooth flow of the restaurant. The performance that we got to see was pretty cool too. It was actual blues although misleadingly they do seem to allow other musicians to perform there. Which is fine but I think there should be like a little note tacked on the bottom of blues with like an asterisk that says "and other music." Just my thoughts on the matter.
