What a delight to discover this restaurant right there next to my hotel (Hotel Pepper Tree). It was my first experience at a family-style Persian restaurant. I had a combo steak and chicken with rice meal. There was so much food, it took me 90 minutes to eat it all! Since I was alone, I was able to observe how well the staff treated their guests. I could tell that many had been coming for years. The staff's personal attentiveness towards them and their guests' towards the staff was a delight to witness. A lovely evening!
We have had good food here many times and yesterday’s experience was a negative surprise, I realize it was Mother’s Day and they were busy, however they told us 45 minutes wait for our multiple takeout Kabob dishes which was not an issue for us, however the rice was cold, the kabob was tasteless, the grilled tomatoes were raw, don’t believe they had seen the grill flame for more than 10 seconds and the condiments that normally come with the takeaway was missing, needless to say all of this being discovered after we got home. Very poor performance.
True taste of Persian food. High quality with a really good portion of rice and meat. The special #2 item is highly recommended.

This place has been top notch for chicken koobideh and their shirazi salad is the bomb!Their rice is really tasty and the sheer fact that they add a roasted tomato on your plate is oh so satisfying. a must try plate is the chicken koobideh!
A party of 10, we went to Hatam's Restaurant for dinner to celebrate my brother in laws David's 60th birthday. This family owned restaurant is a hidden gem. They went above & beyond to make us feel welcomed. We had a wonderful time ordering & sharing a variety of highly flavored dishes (chicken, lamb, steak, salmon, stews etc.). We fell in love with this place so much that we have become weekly regulars for lunch or dinner.
Very poor customer service asked for pita bread then soda never got one, had to remind them 3 times, Cornish chicken actually stinks, lamb chops uncooked, only the chiken kabobs and rice are good. Very disappointed not coming or referring to someone again.
They moved. I didn't know that. Found out after having a hankering for Persian food. Place is nice. It needs to be redesigned a little, still looks like a Mexican restaurant. LoL. Besides that it's always great food here. Loved it.

Hatam is one of my very favourite restaurants. The Persian food and service are excellent. I have been, with my family, regular customers for about 25 years. Food prices are of great value, comparing with any other restaurant. The best...!!!
