This was a bad experience. I was going to eat there but was given my order in the same type of container as a to go order. Very disappointing. I ordered beef noodle soup. The beef was mostly fat. The Thai tea was good.
Wow. This place is amazing. The food is amaaazing!! Great service. Loud music but they helped us out with that. My first time there and it just blew my mind. Try this place out.
The only Guppies left me and my friend were craving. It was good despite different owners.

I wish I could say something more positive about my experience today. But sad to say, not as good as it use to be before Covid times. Maybe they’re new owners?For dine in: You order and pay at cashier first, then you seat yourselves. It took a little long for food to be done, and she brings it to you wrapped up in a bag in a to go container. They don’t offer a cup of water, you have to buy a 16 oz. bottles water for $1, and a soda in a to go cup for $2.99I ordered Popcorn Chicken with rice, the sides come with corn and cucumbers… very little of the sides too, I mean like it was for a baby dish.$10.99My husband ordered Spicy Shrimp Chowmein a fair portion for the price $12.99A mini shaved ice with 2 toppings for $8.99When we received the food, my husband was laughing at the mini kid size portion of the cut corn, it was like 1 spoonful (shockingly funny)My order was wrong, instead of rice I received noodle soup with popcorn chicken, so I politely told the lady, and I noticed my receipt showed as noodle and not rice, it was a dollar difference of up charge, she took my food back, and when I received the correct order, I was asking if I could have a little more corn, she had a blank look and kinda ? and said that it would cost .50 cents more, and I kindly told her that there was already a dollar upcharge, and she sighed and walked away telling the cook (I’m guessing) then she tried to tell me that in the beginning of our order she repeated my order upon paying so she tried to basically tell me that I agreed I wanted noodle popcorn, when my husband heard me saying rice popcorn.Oh well, sorry for the long written review, but I felt the need to give consumer awareness.We will NOT be returning there again
I think she's the owner but it was only her and the cook (maybe husband). You order food at the cashier and they bring the food in to go boxes. If you order shaved ice they will bring in the usual bowls. Food is always good, looks like they need more help but lady is very kind and sweet!
So i used to frequent this place a whole lot before... Hadn't been here in a good 5 years! I was looking forward to their boba smoothie drink, so i took my two daughters with me for a treat..... NOT a treat, big FAIL!!! I don't know if they switched owner's, recipes, or quality of ingredients.... But the drinks were DISGUSTING!!! We all got a different flavor and all three were so bad we couldn't even drink them! Waste of $18!!!! Never again.....i do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Seems like the pandemic shutdown has been tough on them. The quality of their meals and dine in experience has suffered for it unfortunately. Still my favorite place for shaved ice. Please come by and support them if you're on the prowl for something sweet.
Cups are horrible. Spend a few more cents and buy some decent cups.
My friend was looking forward to the shaved ice, but was disappointed when it arrived. She said the strawberries were frozen and not fresh like before. Since she's Vegan I ate Vegan. My friend rice wasn't very good. It had little flavor. Service was also very slow.
