This place is so nice. Their bakeries are so fresh. We tried:- falafel wrap- mini zaatar flatbread- cheese & chili boat- labneh & honey flatbread- sojuk & eggs flatbreadThey are all so tasty & fresh..
One of my favorite places for manaeesh for the last 20 years. They also have fresh knafeh and baklava.
I went with a friend who lives locally in the area. He raved about it and it didn’t disappoint. We had a sampling of the veggie, beef and lamb flatbreads as well as a couple of desserts and it was worth the wait. The owner is the most kind man and does a lot of the baking(putting in the stone oven) himself. We also tried the mint yogurt milk drink and it was like a savory salt lassi. Get there earlier if you don’t want to wait in a long line.
Very good meat pies and cheese/zatar pies. They have lots of dessert options. I loved the mamool made with dates! Will continue to come here when I am in town.
My family drove from San Jose and arrived at closing time during Christmas. The owner in-spite of not taking any new orders, made an exception and made us some fresh pastries. He went above and beyond on a holiday to accommodate our hungry kids and family. A testament to great customer service and consideration. The food as usual was freshly made with quality ingredients and tasted better than any bakery we’ve ate at in California.Thank you for making our day! I strongly recommend people to come to this bakery for their variety of dishes. You will enjoy the hospitality and quality of food!
First time here from NYC. Just left this place, I don’t know from where to start…Moustafa (gentleman behind the counter) knows everything about costumer service to the point where it feels like being a guest in his own house. He makes you feel super comfortable when you walk in, ask all the questions without getting irritated, advice you the fan favorite and even gave me extra stuff on the side (really appreciate and heartwarming).Let’s talk food! I had many Za’ata pies and I’m very very picky and definitely these didn’t let me down. I got mini version because I was by myself and wanted to try more things: Za’ata, Cheese with Za’ata, Lahem Bal Ajeen, Cheese boat (with parsley by Moustafa’s recommendation and the one that came out, surprisingly, to be my favorite Spinach Fatayer. For dessert unfortunately no Kanafeh because I got there late so I tried Mamol with pistacchio, if you’re a pistacchio lover definitely try it!I hope to be back in LA just to come back here!
Utterly delicious. Unique and tasty flavors for a fair price. The owner was kind and genuinely interested in us trying the wonderful flavors from his menu. I would go again in a heartbeat. The cheese boats were our favorite the Zatar was also awesome. Definitely try a few small ones and then go big with a large one! So good!
This place has really good food but the customer service is always lacking. Short on employees which leads sometimes to hit and a miss. You are an icon in Anaheim. Hire more people and keep it a good business. Always short people. Prices are good Food usually good but sometimes they rush things leading to mishaps. Sometimes they do not answer the phone. They have potential.
Best home cooked style, traditional, middle eastern bakery and restaurant. Always clean, fresh and good severing amount. I like to visit on weekends in the AM for their middle eastern sweets. Owners of the restaurant are hard working people. It's good to always support.
The wait to get our food took a little over an hour. But the food was really good. I recommend look over the menu and call ahead before you come. This is a nice little spot and great place for family. 100% recommend.
