Employees were great. Manager is extremely rude and stingy. Every time I go there’s something that needs to be refilled and get shorted on my amount of chicken compared to other flame broilers.
I don’t know if the owner is stingy but you need to hire more staff . Also the girl working today was super slow . We called through the phone to place a order before hand and she placed us on hold but never got back to us . Worst flame boiler I’ve been to and I have been to a couple !
Every chicken bowl I've ordered the past few months has had atmeast 1 or 2 pieces of chewy, un-trimmed meat, and I've found a bone more than once in my bowl also. Won't be going back until they fix the food

WORST SERVICE EVER. ordered food because I’m super sick - they delivered a wrong order. When I called to ask for the other part of my order I was told to come get it. I ‘m sick. That’s why i ordered delivery. Long story short, Miguel said there was nothing he could do, call corporate. Great. Attitude, an incomplete order and a blow-off. Wish I could rate lower.
My kids love to go there and eat, but I think the cooks should still wear their mouth covers , and sometimes the chicken is really dry and some other time it's really good ,
