They are simply racist. The manager is literally know nothing about costner service. They kicked me and my family out of the restaurant. We are hiring a lawyer as we have a video and we are waiting for their corporate response.
First, the food is great, cooked to order with your choice of ingredients and sauces. For brunch, they offer freanch toast, hot cakes and omelets, plus pastas, noodles, meats, seafood. Yum.Next, the staff is amazing, the Manager, Raul was super friendly, our server was amazing. We had a large party of 13 and she did not skip a beat. Fernando and Alejandro (Cook and bar tender) just awesome.Additionally, ambiance was above my expectations. It was my birthday, and instead of a regular candle, they fired up the whole grill for me -see picture.-For a unique experience, I highly recommend Fire and Ice.
Highly recommend!! America and Raul were very great to my family and I. Very caring and attentive of their customers. The food was amazing as well. Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures of my food or drinks but I got to choose what paste and what I wanted in my paste and just hand it to the cook to cook it. They also have a salad option. I had a mojito and a melon mule they were so good props to the bartender.
Brunch Brunch Brunch!!!! Our family loves this place for brunch! Not only do they have the regular Mongolian BBQ, they also have pancakes made to order with all kinds of toppings, omelets as much as your imagination can make!!! The chefs are fun and always ask their opinion on what you should have made!!!! Picky kids? No problem... they have plain noodles and pancakes... it can't get better!!!! This is our 11th year coming here and even the new staff makes us feel welcome!!!
We have been coming to Fire+Ice for a couple years now and it has become a very yummy place to go to. This hits the spot all the time with its fresh ingredients and endless possibilities. We have become regulars and Raul is always very attentive and offers great customer service! Thank you for everything Raul!
Great food, the cooks are amazing
I've gone to the one in Boston and I've also been here a few times. This place is amazing. So many sauces and different types of noodles, vegetables, and meats to try and it's all you can eat! The drinks are ENORMOUS too, well worth the price if you split with someone!
We enjoyed Fire and Ice. Our server Humberto was pleasant. The person who grilled my food waited until last minute to add the garlic and didn't not stir it up so my plate had lumps of garlic throughout and it spoiled my appetite. There was also gnats flying around and one landed in my son's salad. It was very crowded so the wait to fill your bowl and for the grill was very long. We will try it again on a weekday
I really enjoyed having my birthday here. The dj was great and many of my friends complimented the vibe. I also like the all you can eat concept. The food tasted good. The only thing I did not like was they were stingy on a couple things like my friend who only ate salad had to pay for the dinner meal and they had no backup validation tickets which is a problem with the Garden-walk parking structure in general. A lost ticket costed me $30. Also, I noticed they charged the birthday lava cake on the bill? That should have been complimentary. I would say a 3.5/5 stars and with some easy improvements it could have bumped to a 4/5 to me.
It was really busy so maybe it's not always like this but the staff was kind of abrasive at some parts. Mostly nice and the food was good. The sauces are better Mongolian BBQ though and it's the same style. If given to the choice I do the other.
