This place is terrible... i order delivery and this is how i got it.... driver was rude trying to find my house. Then i had a rude manager who kept cutting me off while i was talking... ive had many problems with this place and im finally wrting about it.... im definitely changing locations... Horrible customer service and not worth the headache..... and the pizza tasted awful.... Dont waiste your money and taking a chance on this place.... theres little Ceasars across the street or and pizza hut on the corner of state College and Lincoln. NOT WORTH IT!
I ordered 2 Pizzas and one of them did not have the correct ingredients and ordered again and the application took my order indicated that they were preparing my order and when I get to the store they tell me that the store is closed and my order was canceled.Please pay attention to your service. I'm going to order one last time, I hope to receive a better service
Terrible costumer service, super delay service they aren’t using gloves to touch the food, health and safety code honestly not sure how they passed , people speaking over the food with out mask, rude when where ask to correct and order I did by phone server 1958 you really don’t want to get him to attend you ! A Minus -1 for this facility a shame for a great chain of pizza
The pizza is the same as every domino's, but the caliber of service given is below par. It's hilarious, they had 6 people on the floor working, and all the workers completly ignored the announcer's notifications of clients still being on hold. I was about 3 miles out, the worker who answered put me on hold, then hung up on me. I called again, made it to the dominos, and finished ordering my pizza while having my phone still being on hold. Either they need a more experienced supervisor or they need to raise to care enough about review. Idk just saying ?? dominos is still my go to though.
I ordered my pizza on line an hour ahead paid for and when I went over to pick it up they said they never received the order I had to wait extra 30 for them to re-do pizza....not happy...

Extremely disappointed. I walked in to dominos pizza to order a medium pizza for my son. First of all the young man at the registerer said it will be a long wait . I said no problem ill pay for it and iwill return in 30min , oh great thats more than enough time. . I left came back 40min and they could not find my pizza . The lady which i wont mention names said the driver probably took it by accident . Certainly anyone in my position can feel my frustration. She went on to tell me if i still wanted the pizza . Didn't offer refund or apologies thats probably what made me mad .... .2nd pizza took 20min and i had to ask if it was done. Am not someone who leaves reviews but i couldn't hold back. The way it was handled was not correct. I advise management to go over these type of situations.I certainly wont be going to this dominos anymore
Don't order from here unless you're picking up. If there is an issue with the order it will not be resolved and you will have to contact corporate
Good pizza for being GF and didnt wait too long. Would like if they had more GF options.
