What my family and I really appreciated was the food options for different eating preferences. My wife chose the Turkey Bacon, whom I had to cut back on meats for awhile and I enjoyed the Vegetable omelette (and I was thoroughly satisfied “satiated “ afterward). The restaurant is kept clean, we were seated right away and the food did not take long to arrive. Considering it is just a few miles down the street from Disney- this was encouraging.

Service isn’t good. Everyone is always rushing and you have to flag someone down for anything you need. My sandwich was very Soggy when the Bread is suppose to be toasted. Server yells across dining room to other server for decaf coffee. Very unprofessional.

I have not eaten the food at this Denny's yet, but I must compliment the manager and staff! I am from Washington state and ordered from this store in error. I thought they were the Denny's right next door to my hotel. I do not have a rental car, and the restaurant manager offered to deliver to a location near my hotel despite being short staffed. I get how tough this is, and am very thankful for the terrific service! Thank you Denny's for saving my kids dinner! You are awesome!!

The food was not that good, the steak was dry and cold. The service was great with the refills. But they need to do better with the food.

Worst birthday experience ever this us my second year trying to get a breakfast for my birthday last year refused this year app was not working to get promo code. I will go elsewhere to eat. Very disappointed in your service . Poor customer service. So i went back again tried to order hot chocolate. They said about twenty minutes. I m very disappointed in their service. Cannot recommend Dennys to anyone colleague or friend.Customer service is important so they will return to dine there. It's cost you $$ when you loose Customers to another restaurant.

Good experience. Restaurant was packed but we had pretty good service still. If you like Denny's this is a good spot.

i ordered T bone steak meal..and it was cooked aa i specified it..and it was so yummy..will definitely be com8ng back for a repeat..thanks

I ordered takeout and they forgot one of my items, I called back and one of the servers was very helpful and apologetic, she was asking her manager how to resolve my issue while on the phone with me. The manager I could here over the phone was not helpful and couldn't care less about resolving my issue... very disappointed in the management team at this location.

decided to go eat breakfast with my parents. denny's is on katella and has quick and speedy service which is surprising considering how packed this area gets sometimes. the food is just like any other denny's, so there is not much to complain about there. however, i did ask for a few extras on the pancakes, which they did not do. i am to blame since i did eat the pancakes, assuming that this location did not do those kinds of things. but nope, i got charged extra for toppings that weren't even on the pancakes. i did not complain since i already ate the whole thing and it was only a dollar extra but nonetheless it was a bit disappointing. aside from the food, our waitress seemed to know how to speak spanish, which was very helpful since i went to eat with my parents who know little english. however when they approached her speaking spanish she completely avoided them or only spoke to them in english, so i had to help my parents with ordering. i don't understand why some people pretend not to speak spanish or feel embarrassed to do so, being bilingual is wonderful and a very helpful tool for getting a job. makes no sense if you refuse to speak your 1st language.
