So there I am standing in line behind Carducci hoping I’m going to make it in for a nice lasagna and chicken parm and BING! We both get beppo’d! Lord knows I’m not going back to the Outback for a baked potato and a baseball steak. I end up at this little Mexican joint and get this, there’s Carducci again with his blue whale of a wife. Bing! She got beppo’d! Count me out again for this one folks. Getting up early to head over to hall D tomorrow, better not run into that rock a billy smack talking wife of Carducci’s again.
Not great service. Their menu was a bit misleading with a picture of three taco rolls, but in fine print, $1.29 each. My son ordered, thinking he was getting three and only got one. When he went in and questioned what he believed to be the missing pieces, he was advised, nope, that's how it always has been. No offer to correct his misunderstanding as he shared we don't eat at Del Taco often. Thanks for a reason to spend my money elsewhere. A lesson in customer service is in order, in my humble opinion.
Ordered online for pickup and had no issues at all! It was ready right when it was supposed to and The food was great! No complaints from us
It was ok but the food was cool when I got it ,and it took so long that I didn't want to get back in line to waist and 20 minutes.??
The worst customer service by Rafael. Super rude and Order wasn't what we asked for. Definitely will be calling and speaking to the M.O.D.
I went into the location located on Harbor about 8 o'clock I ordered a beefy crunchtosta and the picture is what I got looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered had no tomatoes on it just thrown together then when I came in the picture that you see is my 2nd order steal no tomatoes and then the manager had the nerve to get a attitude because I was unhappy. I would never and I will never ever visit this Del Taco again.
Definitely like coming to this Dell Taco. They are pretty fast when it comes to preparing your oder. The food really does taste fresh. I always have to get my two red burritos bold, the double dell, and chili cheese fries. The fries are definitely my favorite overall. Their breakfast is also really good and at a great price.
Getting scolded for not asking for water at time of order. Was so hard to fill a cup and hand it through the window. No need to be rude to your customers
Great! Pregnant cravings come at the most random times and sometimes you need chili cheese fries at 8 in the Morning because everything else makes nauseous lol the Lady at the drive thru was super sweet and the food was better quality than expected...chili cheese fries were stacked! I wish I had a picture but I ate them before I could capture one
