Stopped for a quick bite. I ate inside. I had a problem with my order. When I tried to explain it to the lady at the register, she acted like she didn’t understand English. She asks another customer in Spanish next to me to tell her what the #18 consisted of. The carne asada was in a soft flour tortilla which was stuck to the wrapping paper. I asked for it to be remade in a hard taco shell. It was remade and when I asked to verify that it was carne asada, voila, her English then was very good. I paid for carne asada & I did not get it.All the tables were dirty. I had to clean my own to sit down. I also don’t like when you cannot serve yourself on fountain drinks. Lastly, there were questionable looking people sitting in the dining area with no food or drink. Just loitering I do not recommend & I will not be returning.Oh, I was not the only one with problems with their orders. There was a guy who ordered after me missing something & someone from drive thru came inside to also get something he was missing.
Missing a Del Taco from my order. All locations never provide receipts. It's a loophole so that you can't complain to customer service.With the price of everything going up, quality of service is lackluster.If I order just one taco next time, will they just hand me an empty bag and no receipt?
This Del Taco used to be a great spot 3 years ago with an awesome staff. Like another local Guide said the lady at the drive thru Angelina (at this location) or her name something like that (Said she’s the manager) looked irritated because I was unwilling to accept scraps of chicken… NOT a professional response. Don’t close the window while a customer is speaking. Check the cameras, this staff = RUDE. Food mediocre as another local guide mentionedNow for the proof, don’t take my word for it. Where is the chicken? I work hard for my money so yeah I wasn’t going to accept this slop. All Angelina or what we said is “I’m really busy” uh, that’s not an acceptable answer to a paying consumer ALL THUMBS DOWN for this location.
Loved that they were open late and my order was spot on! Friendly staff and helped customize a separate bag for a friend with no issue. Will be coming here more often.
Google says open 24 hours dine in. When we got there the store hours posted in the window said they close at 10pm. We got there at 9:02pm and they wouldn’t let us in. Not sure why you would close an hour before your posted closing time…
I was so disappointed I didn't know what to do with myself. I ordered their New Beef Crunchstada it absolutely looked nothing like the picture. It didn't have any sour cream on it until I asked for it and I have a picture to show it. I will never ever go there again. The manager (Miguel) if I'm not mistaken was not accommodating at all. Very rude the redo was worse then the first. Do you see any tomatoes? They come on it. Enough said......
Pretty much most dels are the same as far as food so mostly rating customer service. Employees are all pretty nice but what lost them a star was whenever the manager guy is working late nights he shuts down the ice cream machine by midnight. Every other employee that works late will clean it but have it back up & running within 20 mins. He clearly can't handle the late night rush & having to clean it so instead lazily just shuts it down for the entire night. That's usually when like everyone wants sweet treats & it's sad his lower level employees manage perfectly fine just cleaning it & getting it back up while handling the late night rush but he who is supposed to be a higher position more experienced simply can't manage so lost a star for bad customer service in my opinion.
Shout out to the chef and crew tonight the food was on point and drive thru service fabulous ❤️???
We live across the street and frequent this del taco! By far the best one near us. Alway had clean oil never soggy and everything taste super fresh!! Thanks
This location has usually been pretty good for us when we use the drive-thru... however, the dining room was filthy. Food scattered all over tables, chairs and the floor. Flies around the place. Hot sauce dripped all over surfaces. The food was alright but it makes me hesitant to eat here again.
