This place is AMAZING! I've ordered some many cake with them! They are always super moist, beautiful creations! I even ordered my best friends wedding cake from them! On their year anniversary they made a cake for them for free, and it wasn't some small little cake! I will continue to drive way out of the way to get a cake from them!
I was quoted $120 dollars +15 (extra charge for carrot cake) for a 6 person cake. I agreed to the price. They agreed to making the cake...then completely ghosted me. Knowing I have a party on Sunday. I have no idea what kind of business this is!!!! I luckily found someone on Instagram for the same cake for $60. Save your money and support nicer people. Who actually want your business. Small mom and pops!

If I could give no stars I would. We had hired creative cakes for our wedding this year on the horn blower. Seeing as to our wedding was cancelled by the horn blower because of our guest count we had our deposits refunded by all vendors except Cheryl from creative cakes. We politely asked her over the phone and she said she wasn’t working at the moment and told my fiancé and I to send her the invoice over email, which we did that day. We assumed we were going to get a refund seeing that she asked for the invoice so we gave it time. Not hearing back from her for a month, we then reached out to again and she didn’t answer her phone so we sent a few more emails asking if she received it still no response. I messaged her on Facebook and still had no response then her phone was disconnected for two weeks. We finally got a hold of her two months after our request on her phone number that was now working, she acted like she wasn’t Cheryl and asked for “Cheryl” to get back to us and to send another “7th” email regarding the issue. We finally have had it and we called her out and said we already sent emails and talked to her “Cheryl” before and mentioned she said she would help us out and to email her. She then told us she would have to check the emails and she never remembers talking to us even though we talked several times. She didn’t like that we finally stood our ground and she told us she didn’t want to give us a refund and hung up on us. She is a fraud and completely Unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend her at all unless you want something fishy to happen or have her not follow through on your orders, I feel bad for anyone that’s going to put an order with her, her phone number might be disconnected the next day. Good luck on your business guess your really hurting to keep people’s money but not provide any business! She can’t even afford her phone bill!

Called this location , they told me to email them , I emailed them for a quote, money wasn’t an issue I just needed a cake for my boyfriends birthdays .. I NEVER got a reply .. I thought because they were rated highly they were a Good bakery .. up toThis date ....... haven’t got a reply , I willGladly upload the email I emailed over a month ago .. no reply .... I highly recommend hapa cakes across the street !! They completed my boyfriends cake on time and for a great price , it was beyond what I expected! Hapa in brea is where you want to go if you even want an email reply!!!
