Black Tap Burger is a very average burger and shake joint within Downtown Disney. The menu and decor (and prices) give you the feeling that it's a special burger, but in reality, this is pretty bad and not worth the wait or the expense.

This place was top notch , the ? shakes and ?, there ? are amaaazing and on top of that there dipping sauces we’re Devine . I got the Texan burger and the wife got the George Forman, couldn’t find a ? of our dinner but believe me it was delicious ? , this place was so bomb ? that we went again in the morning for lunch , i got the Mexican city burger and the wife got the pizza ? burger and i got a blue ? ?

The worst service I have ever experienced. I really sought out this particular restaurant out of the options in Downtown Disney and was really looking forward to trying their award winning burgers. I thought it was just an average to below average burger and for the price ($20s) it’s definitely not worth it. You order at the front and are given a number and wait in the seating area. It’s very loud and not the cleanest environment. The service was truly terrible and the staff was incredibly rude….Save your money and take your appetite elsewhere.

Was so looking forward and so disappointed in the entire experience. Average to below average burger, horrible service & rude staff!

Such a frustrating experience. Stated to the hostess that I was by myself and it was to go, was told to stand in line. The average order took 3 minutes, so I was n line for over 25 minutes for a relatively short line. Was told at the register I could have gone to a takeout window. The person at the register acknowledged the establishment has communication issues.Shake tasted good, however the TINY paper straws they supplied were impossible to drink out of. So there I am, 30 minutes later with an undrinkable shake walking back to my hotel. Very frustrating. Will never go back.

Shakes are amazing!!!

Got the blackout shake. Tasted like soft serve and the brownie was on par to Walmart’s bakery. Wasn’t bad, but also isn’t worth 17 not including tip.

Been here before a few times. The food is still good but everything has gotten smaller. My family sat on the patio which had the music super loud which some interesting foul language that you wouldn’t expect in downtown Disney.

One of the best burgers I have ever eaten. We had the the wagyu steakhouse burger (wagyu beef, pepperjack cheese, bacon, crispy onions, A1 sauce, roasted garlic mayo) and the Texan (prime burger, bacon, aged cheddar, crispy onion ring, sweet baby rays BBQ, mayo). Both were excellent. I did not realize until after we ate her that the restaurant is from New York and has won awards for its burgers. They also serve insanely large shakes. We did not indulge, but appear to be a meal in itself.

Black Tap Burgers is a perfect example of a corporation system that suffers from deficiency in staff training. From the staff (Katherine) at the front door to the store manager (Matthew Rodriguez) and further to the general manager (Mike Chan) showed unprofessional attitude in handling a case. The front staff denied her verbal consent (technically lied), the store manager pushed us out of the store and further to the corner of the park area. He didn’t even say, “I AM SORRY”. And, we had a phone conversation with the general manager which practically only offered us to come back and get a free burger rather than helping to solve the case. We tried to give it a shot and dine-in, however, an incidence happened to our personal property. The front door staff denied, they refused to roll the cameras again, and the store manager rudely said this is not their issue.
