I don't know how its possible to ruin ice cream but congrats Cold Stone you have succeeded. Ice cream was the worst thing I have ever had the misfortune of tasting.In addition half your lights inside are off, terrible dark atmosphere that looks like you are closing down. Your seats, the cushions are torn to shreds with exposed cushions. Every single seat I tried to sit in had expletives carved into them and worse.Have some respect and dignity for how you present yourself. This is the worst run down establishment I have ever seen.
Prompt, friendly staff. They really pack the ice cream. We were so full that we could not eat dinner and fell into a food coma for 6 hours.

Bad experience I went yesterday night 9/23. And there were two girl working and one of them you can tell was a supervisor. She was so negative and rude, and kept rolling her eyes and ignoring guests coming in. She was bossing her other coworker around and wasn’t helping her.there was 4 people in line including my self and this girl wasn’t helping her cows the other girl made everyone’s ice cream and rang us up at the register while the other girl was walking around acting like she was “cleaning”. Oh and there was no more stuff to make smoothies at all which I’m sure she just didn’t want to clean it. So rude didn’t want to give out her name instead gave me her manager’s name Silvia. And kept hanging up on me every time I called and asked what her name was so I Can complain. To the girl that was working hard Thank you for taking care of us.
I've always substituted banana ice cream for French Vanilla on a signature creation and for $7.69 this location refused. I spoke with the manager Silvia and she refused to do it after spending $30. Horrible service will never come back to this colostone.
Closed 30 minutes before the time listed on their website. Pretty annoying.

Fast friendly service, staff masked up and very polite. It was dark outside when we pulled up. Hard to tell if it was open.
Recommend getting new lights, store always looks closed and shows they don’t care about their customers. Shams and sarah were very helpful and helped make my experience better. Ice cream was great and service was good.
