At 920pm the store was closed. At 5pm we were in the store and asked how late they were open, the employees stated 10pm...A lot of people were turned away from the locked door...
I was super excited to get ice cream after a long day at CA Adventure. Get all the way back to my hotel after waiting for our Lyft to arrive and then I realize my ice cream wasn’t made right. There were more chocolate chips in it than any other ingredient that was supposed to be in there. There were ingredients that were missing. So I’m basically eating mint ice cream with chocolate chips and paid almost $8.00 for it.Over all the facility is nice and so are the employees, but one of their employees doesn’t pay attention to detail. If you want ice cream from there make sure you check your order before you leave.
This is the most amazing coldstone I have ever been to, everytime that I have gone in, the workers are so nice and they have always been the joy of the day. It is so close to Disney and it is the perfect ending to a beautiful day at the amusement park, right now it is listed as temporary closed but trust me it is open and ready to serve a tasty treat.

We came to chimneys cakes today and the lady at the cashier was so nice. The service was great and the ice cream's were absolutely amazing. We ordered the Oreo overload, cookielicous and the strawberry bomb they were all good. The chimneys cake are warm and the ice cream is thick and creamy. A definite must try!!!

Do not go here! They won't mix two flavors for a "like it" size. I've gotten the same mixed flavors my entire life until I came here. It's a scam to make you buy the bigger size. Its crazy expensive and they don't fill the cup as much as other stores do. It's not worth it
Cold stone has good tasting ice cream, I used to work at cold Stone and I still love their ice cream which says something! But this particular location is lacking in its service and it's presentation. I ordered a like it size ice cream and there was so little ice cream in the cup that it wasn't even visible if you set it on the counter and looked at it sideways… Which is sad considering they have the prices higher being that they're right across from Disney, and yet they're not even giving you the proportions that they themselves advertise right in front of you. Once again I used to work at cold Stone I know the proportions very well, just a disappointing location I suppose
