Prices are wrong!!!! It says $9.00 and change for large cheese steak!! And when you get there it's $12.49!!!!Although the sandwich is very good but I hate when you veiw the menu and it's different when you get there!B.S.!!!!!
Had to update my post I use to come here often. Recently started coming back and it's not the same. What happened to being greeted. Hours online don't match actual hours. They don't answer the phone for phone orders. It's a hit or miss now. ?
I used to come here all the time, no problems, food always delicious, employees very nice. But this was the 2nd time in a row I've ordered online, showed up at the time told it would be ready and had to wait 15 more minutes. The first time they got my order wrong but food was ok. This time both mine (cheesesteak) and girlfriends (chicken cheesesteak) were awful. Hers tasted bland and mine tasted like old meat. Afterwards we both had disgusting taste in mouths lingering for hours. And the employees were rude. NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!!
Been coming here for years. Recently moved out of the area and there is no 2 Charlies alike. This spot is BOMB!!THE SUBS STILL TASTE LIKE HOME!!! I LOVE CHARLIES!! !
I'm giving four star cuz most of the employees had attitude. Good food.

I like that place, the sandwiches are delicious.
Good is food, but do not eat inside unless you need to. You will get home needing a shower right away!
They used to close later. Before the whole pandemic happened. I understand these new covid hours but come on almost. Everyone buissness wise is back to closing late except this place.
