First of all Perla (cashier) has bad customer service! Rude and disrespectful. If she’s not happy at her job she shouldn’t be working there. I reported her attitude to a “manager” who refused to give me her name. So I doubt she was a manager. Both Perla and “Manager” laughed at the situation. Second, I ordered a carne asada burrito and when I got home to find out there was no carne asada in my burrito. I am not sure if it was a mistake or on purpose. (See Photos)
April manager wouldn’t want to take my order because I got disappointed & express myself saying “f**** $1.99 for mushrooms ” they wanted to charge me $1.99 for substituting the choice of meat & I had to order online. I didn’t cuss at her, I believe her ego was hurt
Whenever I come here and juan is working he immediatly asks if I am here to pick up an order which makes it so easy for me as an ubereats driver. There is always a lot of people here so it can be a little confusing on whos in line and what not. He is really attentive to EVERYONE and gets everyone what they need right away. He is really efficient and seems to do most of the counter work. He works hard and gets everthing done and makes it look easy! I know I will be in and out asap when Juan is there. Thank you for being a great worker!
I have been ordering my favorite Stake burrito for some time and has been great every time I ordered.
The worst customer service you’ll ever receive. Every single time is a bad experience, if your miserable just quit. Manager doesn’t know how to run a business.
This place is amazing and they have delicious food. The tortas and smoothies were my favorite.

The worst service ever, ever wonder why there line is always busy, when I arriving to there parking I called I was put on hold right away, she was helping a guest which Is understandable but as soon as she finished 2 guest walk in and she takes there order first, as im still holding on the line I decide to walk in with phone to see if she would take my order on the phone first or take me as I walk in, they place people on hold and leave them on hold everytime I call the line is ALWAYS busyAnd there manager not noticing hopefully there's a change in services
