Probably the worst pizza I have had. You would have better luck buying frozen pizza than ordering here. The ladies on the phone were not friendly and our pizza was SO thin that some parts you could literally see through the pizza because there were holes, some pieces were literally straight pepperoni without any crust or bread under it. It had no flavor and our bell peppers we ordered were over cooked and soggy and gross…. Very disappointed
Me and a few friends I met at a convention I was going to were trying to find some place to eat and came across this place. I'd never tried it so I was pretty excited. It was very busy, but we got a table after maybe a half an hour wait, which wasn't bad for the area, all things considered, lol.I'm pretty sure our server was... James, I want to say? I hope that was his name because his service was wonderful and I want to shout him out specifically! There were a few mix ups with our food because of how crazy busy it was, but he was always quick to notice and then fix it as soon as he was able, and was very friendly to boot. Near the end of the night, I asked if he could include some plastic utensils with my to-go bag since my motel room didn't have cups or utensils, and he came back with an entire bag full of napkins, utensils, and two different types of cups, lol. Loved getting to meet him and would gladly go to CPK again just to chitchat with him again, haha.Food and drink-wise, everything was quite good! Lots of unique sorts of pizzas I'd never heard of or tried before, and while I didn't have as many of the drinks as I'd originally wanted to, the ones I did have were wonderful.Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere casual to grab a bite!
The food here is very good. The service is okay. Not bad, but not excited to be there or welcoming. I felt like it didn't matter to the staff whether I eat here or not.
Hello, me and my family really like CPK because there is amazing food and amazing service. For the first time we went to a CPK restaurant which the service was horrible let me explain what happened,1. They seated us, and the table was not clean, so we asked them to clean it. They never cleaned our table.2. We asked for bread and the waitress said that she forgot to bring the bread, and when they gave us the bread it was cold, dry, and not fresh at all. So we asked for more fresh bread which is fresh and she brought bread that again was cold and dry. We asked “why is the bread cold? We asked for warm bread?” She replied “the kitchen is busy so they couldn’t make warm bread.3. The first order came without utensils or plates we asked them to give us, and it took them 20 minutes to give us less plates than we asked for. So, we asked for one more plate which never came.4. In the pasta that we ordered there was hair on it which is not safe.5. Last thing, every single time we wanted something we had to go to them and ask for it for example, we wanted to order the food we had to go to them and ask them for it, we wanted to get drinks we had to go to them and ask them, and to get refills again we had to go ask them. And the manager, just gave us the bill without us asking for it. It felt like he wanted us to leave.
Food was ok but the host was the waitress too...she was doing everything as the manager had a meeting outside. The restaurant wasn't the cleanest. There was trash on the floor...I just think the manager could've made a better decision and pushed his meeting later because the host/waitress had no help
Service was not great... food took forever and the place wasn't even crowded. Pizza was really good. Zucchini pasta was flavorless.
After spending half a day in Disneyland we decided to eat here. Our waiter was AMAZNG! and the food was awesome.
this place made my whole entire family puke for days when we were on vacation we had to cancel disneyland plans since of how sick we are. dirty place. never would go again.
Only took 10-15 minutes to be seated. But after that waited an hour to be served, despite being not busy. Also did not have any napkins or silverware.
Took 10 mintues to get someone to come up and ask what we wanted to drink, and it was just the host guy, not even our waitress. I ordered just a coke, juice for my son, kids pizza meal, and lunch special 7 inch pizza and caesar salad. 35 minutes later, food comes out. Both pizzas were cold, salad tasted like a mix of caesar and bleu cheese. Basically done the meal and the waitress makes her first appearance and I tell her the situation. In her defense, she was literally the only server there for about 6-7 different tables. It was so bad that the other tables weren't bussed while I was there, the dirty plates just sat there. I brought all of this to her attention and she offered a discount, I refused but she did it anyway and i ended up tipping her the amount she discounted because i felt bad for her. Fast forward to later that night and i have explosive diarrhea and now think my dressing was rotten or something because i dont even remember blue cheese as an option. Not the servers fault, but the worst experience and will NEVER GO BACK.
