Had a great server who was fast, efficient, and great with dealing with less than happy guests. Why were we unhappy - seated outside, with a prior reservation, and when told wanted to sit inside we were told that would be a 40 minute wait because we did not have a reservation….but we had a reservation made months ago. Disneyland CA has not been very good with problem solving or guest accommodation. Seems like the Disney way of customer service is not so prevalent in Anaheim. This very much could have been and should have been a 5 star experience but again initial interactions with hosts and restaurant staff soured what would have been a perfect experience. Food was great and I do recommend.
The pictures cannot give justice to how delicious the food was nor show the beauty from the inside of the restaurant. My brother ordered Fried Monte Cristo Sandwich, and I ordered Roasted Half Chicken. Both were so so tasty and not expensive.Our waitress was polite and nice. She was patient with us as we pondered what to get. She was very attentive in refilling our drinks. I wish I could remember her name, so I can credit her; she gave us a wonderful first experience at Cafe Orleans, even eating at a fine dining restaurant at Disneyland.We left her a big tip as a thank you. With all memories we made at Cafe Orleans, I am glad we chose to dine there. I highly recommend.Thank you, Cafe Orleans!

That monte cristo Sandwich is pretty dang tasty! Really enjoyed the fries and sauce that came with it as well! Also got a cup of chicken gumbo that turned out way better than I thought! Overall this was a great place. I wish drinks didn't cost so much in the park haha but the waiter was so awesome he gave us free refills of everything and to go mint Juleps! Food was reasonably priced too. One thing about Disney is they help with my portion control haha

Any was our server and was very attentive to all of his guests. He was kind and worked hard. Sam came around and took stuff off of our table and refilled our glasses and was also very kind. We got to go cups and that was fantastic. Just a little something so nice that really made our day. The food was quite delicious! We had the cheese only Monte Cristo with fries. I split it with my daughter so we could sample more things around the park. Smart. It was perfect to split! Dipping sauce for fries was ok, hoping for more spice.
This was a great place to take a break sit down get a great meal and people watch. I really liked the chicken it had a great flavor. The fries soups and coffee were good too
