Oh boy, this place is great! We’re from out of town and decided to give this place a try, we are so glad we did! You’ll miss it if you’re not looking for it. The chicken is tender and juice, they’re serving sizes are generous. The combos are enough for two people to share and the food was fresh. Will definitely come back if we come back to Anaheim. Delicious chicken tenders. We had friendly, fast service. 4.5 is so accurate, but Google doesn't let you. The only thing that kept me from 5 stars is the sides. Skip the Mac and cheese it's really disappointing and watery. Please make the coleslaw a side, it was much better than the potato salad. Got the hot, mild, plain. The hot was heavy on Cayenne but not too spicy. The crunch is perfect. Just go, you won't be disappointed.
Spicy chicken served up with love and sauce. We were staying in Anaheim for a Disney trip and we're within walking distance from this place. If you have kids, you know how important a simple chicken tender dish can be in the world of "where do you guys want to eat tonight?". We decided to swing by on the way back from our first full Disney day and grab this for a quick dinner. Firstly, the staff is great. Knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. I always try to call out the staff in my reviews, as it's often an overlooked aspect. These guys were great. Secondly, the menu is pretty simple with mostly chicken strips, chicken sandwiches, french fries, their secret sauce and a few one-offs like the Byrd Bombs which feature, basically, everything chopped up on a plate. You choose your desired spice level and your all set. We both ordered Byrd Bombs and the kids got the tenders. My Byrd Bomb I went with the second to the hottest level and my wife did no spice. First off, the food is simple but amazing. The chicken is outstanding and stands on it's own. The spice that comes with it also has flavor, similar to a Nashville Hot type of spice, and isn't your crazy flavorless spicy. I love spicy stuff and thought the level I got wasn't all that hot, but still made my nose run. The flavors and ESPECIALLY the 24K sauce really elevate it all! It's hard to be so pumped for such a simple menu, but when it's done right, it's really special. This place hasn't broke the mold with it's approach, but sets itself apart with it's execution. We loved the food and look forward to trying it again when we are back in Anaheim. If you find yourself craving some spicy chicken or even just DELICIOUS chicken and sauce; you owe it to yourself to go try this spot. I can't imagine this place doesn't blow up eventually. It's THAT good.
Came here after a long convention day and I am super glad that I did. Some of the best chicken I had in a while. I ordered the Byrd Bomb and you are definitely getting your money's worth. I barely finished because I was so stuffed. The 24k is the game changer here. It is amazing. Also they take the spice here seriously so definitely play it safe when choosing I got a medium and I was struggling and I usually love to eat spicy. The people here were also nice. Highly recommend checking it out
So I got the #2 (mild) with double fries and a fountain drink. I also added another tender (which I ate before taking the picture). Came out to like $20 and change. The tenders were delicious, hot, and fresh! I will say, even the mild was hot. Made my lips tingle and my sinuses opened up...but definitely still delicious. If you're a heat lover, you definitely need to try this place out.
The spiciness on the hot chicken was delicious! For my taste it did have a bit to much of the sauce. The fries were perfectly seasoned.The reason why I gave 4 stars is because I checked their websites and it said it opened at 11am. I arrived there to find out it opened at noon.Overall, great customer service! ⭐️
Amazing chicken! Ordered the mild and it was delicious. The potato salad and fries were also scrumptious. This is a must visit place to try the best chicken sandwiches. Customer service is awesome too!!
Amazing place! We came here after Disneyland and ordered the medium sandwiches. The employees are super nice and friendly, no matter how busy they are. The chicken was cooked and seasoned to perfection. It was so delicious, we stopped by again before our flight and even risked missing our flight. Place is great- highly recommended! Just across the street from Disney, you can hope out, have lunch and hop back in. Will take orders over the phone. It’s great!! Highly recommended!
The Chicken Sandwiches are really good! The coleslaw helps cool down the spiciness of the chicken sandwich. I ordered medium spice and it was the perfect amount of spice. They have different levels of spiciness too! They have many locations: Orland Park, California, Schaumburg, Algonquin, etc.
So lucky to have found this place. Can confirm the Slamwich, chicken donut sandwich, and kids’ chicken nuggets were all delicious. The guy taking our order (ginger?, glasses) was very kind and patient, even though it was busy.When you order your sandwiches they ask what heat level you would like. We ordered a medium and a mild. Both were VERY spicy (and I love spicy food). I doubt there was a difference of sauces in our two sandwiches. Be forewarned if you don’t like spicy food!
