Food was okay, service was super slow especially at the bar, we were at table for 2 hours and were able to get 2 drinks only, due to the bar being backed up, ordered the fish but was tasteless, but all other food we ordered were pretty good.
Great view and atmosphere
The restaurant is beautiful and has an amazing Disneyland View, you can even enjoy the fireworks. The staff was really nice, and our waitress was amazing. We are from Spain and didnât have high expectations from previous experiences in other restaurants we have been in the USA. When we tasted the food we said âThis tastes like homeâ. Bravas were really good. The pulpo was even better, crispy outside and soft inside. The meat was serve as is done in Spain and perfectly cooked. The fish, was outstanding! We didnât have room for dessert but seeing the quality of the food, I bet is great. We will come back for sure to try different things from the menu. I highly recommend The top of the V if you want to eat original and amazing Spanish food.
Cocktails were decent, and creative, but not top notch. We did the tasting experience, it dishes are very exotic, and a little too adventurous for us. Do not recommend the tasting experience. The octopus was excellent, the wagyu half solid fat pieces (which was tasty, but hardly counts as steak IMO). Besides the food and drinks, the view was great, the noise level in the restaurant seemed perfect, and the seats were comfortable.
It was our first time dining there and it was a lovely experience. All of the staff was very friendly and polite. The manager even checked in with our table several times. The food was delicious. We had a great time. It is definitely a pricey meal, so not a place I would be going to often. Definitely doable for a special occasion though!
Customer service was excellent, food quality was exceptional
Great first experience! We dined outdoors on the rooftop with the sunset. Great recommendations of small plates and a few entree size dishes to compliment our libations. I'd recommend the Pallela with the lobster and the Octopus dish to anyone!

My work group decided to enjoy the tasting menu, with two of my party adding the wine pairing and one adding the wagyu option. The whole place is indicative of Spain with the interior design and food options; we loved it. None of us knew the area or had any idea what we were getting into; however, our experience at Top of the V was exceptional. The Disney Fireworks display was very unexpected and spectacular (and then we understood the timing limit for the dining room). All our courses came out perfectly timed and the wine pairing option was equally as divine as the food experience. It is highly recommended albeit pricey (and worth it) according to me and my colleagues who dined there.
