Got take out at lunch, sat waiting for someone to give me my order at the counter while 5 different employees ignored me and did other jobs. When an employee finally came to pack up my order in front of me I had to tell them I was there to pick it up and please give it to me. When I got home my order was wrong. No pesto on my pesto cheese bread, only one sauce though I paid for two, and less than a teaspoon of dressing on my salad.The food was fresh but sort of poorly done and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Just an OK experience.
Great tasting pizza and salad. Ordered online just as Disney California Adventure was closing. Walked about 15 minutes and order was ready. Great proximity to our hotel, Hyatt House, with a separate entrance on the south side of building right next to hotel lobby. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
So disappointing. The only thing they got right was the cheese sticks. Ordered online, said it would be ready by 9:22. It was, however, when I got there, they said it wasn't. So, i waited, after about 20 min, I asked if the order sitting on the grate was for Me. Sure enough, it was. It was super cold. 2 out of the 3 pizza's weren't even cut????? Then, I had toppings i literally hate on pizza that I didn't order? No drizzles that I ordered either. Plus, no marinara for the cheese sticks. Come on!!
I used to love their pizza! Lately it's been trash. They seal your pizza so please make sure to check your pizza before taking it home.???
Order take out pizza and I got this…. Barely any cheese and red sauce straight on the top not spread or anything. Terrible
It was a bit on the slower side but I realize it's just outside of Disney & attached to a hotel so I wasn't surprised. Our order was done right, employees friendly & facilities clean. Can't ask for much more after a day of theme park exhaustion.
So I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. I get back toMy hotel to find the pizza with Ham, Basil, Peppers, mushrooms etc….. the box even had the correct info on it. The place wasn’t busy so you can’t blame being short staffed on this mess up.
If anyone has seen my prior reviews, they will know I'm a fan of Blaze. This location, however, was a let down. The vegetables tasted anything but fresh. They didn't pay any attention to the fact that we had an allergy in the group, causing one of our party members to become cross contaminated. They did well at moving the line through at the cost of providing member service. The drink bar was also quite gross, coated in spilled drinks and sticky spots.
I purchased 2 build your own with the gluten free crust on a Saturday night and they didn’t have salame nor bacon as an option. They also had their gluten free cutter contaminated, how can it be possible for that price?
This is the worst pizza I've had in my life! The crust was burnt, the cheese unidentifiable, there were like 4 pieces of artichokes and 3 of basil, arugula was not added per order. First and last time trying Blaze. Whomever made this needs to be fired or go on meds lol.
