I got my ice cream, and I couldn't eat it inside.... we were standing outside and eating it with my son. it's bizarre! Because of covid? How about lazziness?
No Smile, Never Thanked, Cheated Out of Ice Cream Scoop Portion Size. I believe this staff person's actions directly reflect the ownership, management's training system. I welcome a response, questions, and or an opportunity to share my many experiences purchasing ice cream with the ownership, management.

Arrived at 9:40. They close at 10. One employee. Couldn't get anything but scoops of ice cream. We were told that the sundaes and milkshakes were not available because he had already cleaned up. Also, we were told he had already dropped all the cash' "per store policy" and had to take exact change.He was friendly and I'm sure he is overworked and underpaid like the vast majority of America. This falls on management and ownership. There should have been two people working. If you can't staff and stay fully open til 10 then close earlier. If you have a labor shortage, then raise pay, and if you can't have at least 2 people, then work it yourself.Can't do eithet of those things? Then you should close up shop. I wont be back to that location. Doing so would support out of touch ownership.
I’m a regular customer at this store. I take my 6 years old twins for ice cream and sometimes one them asks his kids scope in sharkey creation cup, and we usually get it at the same price, But tonight the employees was refusing to serve the kids scope at the sharkey cup and when I asked him to do he slides the freezer door so hard that all cups over the counter dropped on the floor!!! And also he charged a kids scope $4.99 ($2 extra) just because my kid loves the sharkey cup!Time: 12/24/2021 5:39pm
Covid-19 is waning. They are open and willing to take your money yet they have no indoor OR OUTSIDE seating. We left without ordering!
Great strawberry shake
I sent me kids in 15 minutes before closing. I just got released from the hospital that day having received a kidney transplant. I was not allowed to have ice cream for over 11 years due to kidney failure. I dreamt of a mint chocolate chip milkshake from Baskin Robbins. They did not have enough to make a shake. When my children relayed my story the worker checked in the back for more. I got my milkshake and it was every thing I remembered. I am so grateful for the employee going above and beyond giving me excellent customer service. As always Baskin Robbins quality was unwavering. Thank you so much!

I have always likes Baskin Robbins I have great memories of my childhood lives here. Now I have my own kids and we try to come every now and then. My older kid wants an icecream cake for his birthday, we will see if it happens.
