Food is very expensive, I’ll rather go to cheesecake factory or some better restaurant than go here, service is not professional at all. The food is very very decent, nothing specialI went to this Place about 3 years ago and I didn’t like it, and then I went about a month ago and I still don’t like it. If you want to enjoy your time just go to an American restaurant, somewhere with a good service and good food

Very strange when I asked for a class of water to be served for us, the waitress said we don't have water, No water to be served ,this is the strangest thing I ever seen in any restaurants, even if you ask for water in Mcdonalds they will give you cup of water, but he was kind enough to give me a bottle of water from the fridge without charging me. the food wasn't into the level of Aleppo's kitchen or a good middle eastern kitchen. I been there before last time and it wasn't that bad, this time the food and service was very low grade.

It was our first time here, and we are so glad that we tried it. The food was amazing, we had …for appetizer: hummus with meat, Taboleh, and kebeh, and all were perfect. For main dishes: mansef, kabab and shish tawook and they were VERY VERY delicious ?.Dessert: kunafeh (was good, but it is not the Palestinian or Jordanian kunafeh taste), with coffee and tea.The portions were so generous, and we could not finish the rice. The customer service was excellent. It is a bit pricey, but delicious and generous portions. We will definitely come back. Thank you ?

Amazing Aleppo’s Food, the raw kibbeh is one of the best, it just reminded me with Aleppo Atmosphere ? thanks for all the hands that touched our food ??

Went there on friday around lunch little later. The kubbe mix were old and obviously were microwaved and im sure its from the day before, not tasty at all, shame on the owners as Aleppo is famous for its koube.. we also tried the kabab mix, again the beef kabab was not so much good but the chicken was better and good. The fries was good but the servant keeps getting us small amount of ketchup, we keep ask for more as kids eats fries with ketchup and he keeps makes a loooong trip and takes his time to get me the ketchup. I had to go to him to get it myself. There were only 3 tables and the service was slooooow and the servant was taking his time to come and serve us. No water was provided for is. and the yogurt drink was in bottle but we got charged 3 dollars for it and you get it for less than 1$ next door, why its not fresh!? This is not fast food place and your prices are five stars restaurants prices but the presentation for the whole food is 1 star quality. It was very pricy for the quality and quantity and service and presentation. Im ok in paying money for good food, fresh food and good service and obviously Aleppo kitchen failed me and my family this time

Very bad customer service. They didn't tell us about the side item will cost a lot instead of free. They charged us $4 for just one pita, which is ridiculously very high. They should have informed us instead they put it in the bill along with the other items. After inquiring about this, they didn't listen and said no it's not free and you have to pay, we did. But we told the guy that we are not coming back here ever again.

This restaurant remind me of home, however there were some flaws. The food was poorly cooked. This is starting to become fake. We came many times and the food was much better the previous times we went. However we were not impressed at all. If you want Arabic food this place is not for you. Avoid this place if possible and go somewhere else.

Bad kibbe, worst shawarma

...we went to aleppo's kitchen after reading reviews online......parking can become limited esp. on weekends and later in the evening......service was somewhat unwelcoming to non-arabic speakers...ok no problem......table cloths were not changed after each customer/group......no attempt was made to acquaint us with salient parts of the menu/specials......fortunately, we are quite familiar with syrians/syrian cuisine......the adas/lentil soup was not hot and had an ingredient we could not identify...not our cup of syrian adas!!......the meat did not seem to be marinated for any length of time...maybe, it was just slapped together with spices and put on the grill...again, not savory at all......the eggplant/mutabbal dish was also not upto syrian par......we would have tried some other dishes/dessert but desisted based on our experience with the above......and, they charged more for soda than the price on the menu......our culinary experience was contrary to the other reviewers...

Good Syrian food. Friendly service. They do a good job of getting food out and don't have to wait too long. Very clean establishment
