I enjoy their food, but unfortunately I guess they are under staff and that might be the reason the dining area is a bit filthy. Floor was dirty and wet and no sign indicating to be careful. I had to grab a bunch of napkins to clean our table and seats.

The place has good food. The problem here there isn't a string leadership presence to facilitate all possible problems. I don't like to leave bad reviews. The truth can hurt. I will not be coming back to this restaurant. Even though it is very convenient.First time I had problem was just a wrong order, which happens.Second time I was picking up a Togo order. I walked up to the counter and it took 10 min for someone to even ask what I was there for. So I waited as I watched my order just sit there.Today I pay for my order over the phone. I walked in at the time I was supposed to pick up my order. I wait in line and tell the cashier I'm here to pick up my order, she asked my name I told here and she said they're working on it. So I wait for another 6 min. Then someone else asked me what I was there for. She gets my name and then tell me my order never went through. The manager was not trained well and the owner obviously doesn't make sure they're restaurant runs above and beyond. There is many places to eat so I left to another place. Over a salad
burger meat not well cooked! tables were not clean! we asked the staff for help! Fries were delicoous! but I won't go a second time! it shuold be more hygienic!
The young girl that took my order her demeanor told me she hates her job, very bad attitude.I was there 1/23 at 3:30. I will not return to this place.
Very delicious Burger. I got the number one and my husband got the Santa Barbara burger and we both loved it. Fries were fresh and crispy and service was great.
WARNING!!!!!This place has got me sick 2 times in a row don’t eat here. Unless you want bad stomach pains and dirty food. As I was ordering food employees are taking about quitting just here to get the bonus. Dirty food bad employees don’t come here ???
We place and order they only give 2 items of the orderI ask the cashier and with actitud answer when is ready I let know. Sounds like was my mistake no apology sounds like she was upset when I ask her.
Today I am very disappointed with customer service at Main Street, Alhambra. I ordered kid meal cheese burger but they made grill cheese sandwich. I told them I didn’t order grill cheese sandwich. I asked them take it back I wanted to place a new order a cheese burger. She said: “Are you going to pay for it? “ I said:” yes” she was so rude. I was willing to pay for the wrong order without hesitating. But Habit employee wasn’t so nice. I was still standing at the counter and didn’t touch the tray yet. I told them I didn’t want the grill cheese sandwich. She told me take it or trash it. She ruined my mood and my day with my kids. The burger was great however I didn’t have the appetite to eat the burger. I didn’t even take one bite. I hope The Habit company train their employees how to respect the customers. I am willing to pay extra money for better customer service. This is not the first time I am ordering kid meal cheeseburger at this location. I never have a bad experience at this place but after this incident, I don’t want to come back anymore.
On 11/18/2021 like around 4:00p.m I visited this place to buy food ,when I witnessed a heavy lady that slip on a very very wet floor in front of the fountain drinks machine ,as soon as the lady put a foot on the wet surface she slipped and fell on her back with the other knee bend ,the worst thing I notice is that none of the employees bothered to approach her to see if she was ok or needed medical assistance ,they just stop to see what happen and went on with what they were doing ,they made it seem like nothing had happen meanwhile the lady was struggling to get up and continued to slip on her elbow because of the wet floor.I definitely recommend this lady to sue this place they have unhuman and inconsiderate workers working here.
