I often comes to eat desserts and likes souffle very much. Today, after eating in the shop, I took two stewed eggs for my daughter. She always likes them and I hope she would be very happy, but she opened them and found hair in it！How disappointed！
The classic soufflé pancakes and crème brûlée was our desserts here. Both were amazing!
I'm so sorry! Me & my group of friends took up a huge spot, and we didn't leave for quite a while. Some people came in and couldn't even sit down. The staff was so kind to us and didn't kick us out. Thank you! The souffles we're super soft and fluffy, and the other desserts were just the right sweetness.
Deserve zero star on service!!! Got here at 8:30 chair and a stand by the door blocking the entrance. The guy stared at us and asked dine in or carry out. After we told him dine in he just pointed at the table and didn't say a word to us not even when taking our order. Rude!! I asked the lady for 3 cups of hot tea only came two with a rude attitude. If you have problem serving customer find another job im here to eat not to get all the bad attitude!! This was my must come dessert place when i come to LA but not coming again and will tell my friends and family not to come too.
The dessert is as good as the originals I had hongkong many years ago. However the place is very popular and the service is pretty bad, the guy gave me attitude when we walked in, also messed up my order. To be honest I didn’t want to to give any tips.
Overpriced strawberry souffle pancake. Sweet potato fries were ok but a small quantity for the cost.
Sweet honey has been my favorite but this specific store provides mangos that is stone hard. Don’t go there if you don’t want it ruin your experience.

3 ? for the service, and 1 ? for the desserts. Don't be fooled by others' high ratings and the looks of the items like we did. Got us, unfortunately.... ? ? ?The desserts were flat in tastes, quite watery, as you can see in the pictures.We paid the check, then drove over to Oakobing (YES) to make up for this 1st-Time disappointment. And boy, did Oakobing made up for this place!!! ? ?
This place is great. They have lots of different kinds of tea, and the fruit platters are great.
