As someone that doesn’t go to subway that much, I had a good experience today! I didn’t catch the guys name since I was in a hurry but he was super helpful today and so kind too! Bless his heart! Also a dodgers fan?! That’s super cool! He deserves employee of the month!

I placed an order through the subway app, however at checkout I received an error message stating that an unexpected error had occurred, and to create a new cart. I didn’t think anything of it until a moment later I received an email stating that subway had charged my credit card for the transaction that supposedly had an error and didn’t go through. I called the location to verify if the order had gone through on their end, but no one answered. I then went to the location to verify if my order had gone through since no one would answer the phone. At the restaurant I gave a brief explanation to a worker what had happened, and he proceeded to roll his eyes and walk to his register. He then said that he didn’t see anything on his order list, and he wasn’t sure what we expected from him. We asked him who we could talk to, a manager, or a corporate number, and he said he didn’t have any number and to go to subway.com. At subway.com they have no callback number, only a complaint form that you need to submit. I understand the app problems were not directly the employees fault, however the anger and the level of attitude he gave us was uncalled for. He made us feel as if I we were criminals and all we wanted was the food that we had been charged for. When we asked for his name, he told us his name was Allen, however after we called the restaurant later that evening the same gentleman answered the phone as Paul. As we walked out of the restaurant he told us welcome to LA with a condescending tone. Please avoid using the subway app at all costs as it steals your money, and avoid this subway location as they have the worst service ever.
The man working evening shift @ July 7, needs to be fired honestly. Shouldn’t belong in retail or fast food. Unnecessary rude to everyone and when people couldn’t decide right away, he was taking deep breathes and subtle growls. Slamming the sandwiches and ingredients. Had to bite my tongue on this guy.

Made an order in the Subway app to pick up from this location. The store closed EARLY & no one answered the phone. There was not a sign in the window to explain why the early closure, all the chairs were missing from the dining area, and there was a set of keys on the floor just inside the locked doors. Not sure what happened - maybe they all walked out (it’s a crazy world now-a-days). What I am sure of is that I want my money back. There’s no way to cancel an app order and I was charged for food I never picked up :(
